I've never heard of using dye to check for radiator leaks.
I would second db, could be ATF dripping from the seal between the engine and transmission. At the very least, I would flush the radiator, change the oil and filter, transmission fluid, diff oil, and possibly bleed the brakes. Use proper crush washers when you change the fluids. See if it's still dripping after that.

They were using dye to check to see where the leak was coming from (they had no idea). I'm telling you, that place is full of jokers. I'll be doing everything you mention as soon as I pick up a new ramp/lift I got (oddly enough, picking it up with this leaky truck).
Thanks for the info, Derek. This is the first GM that I've owned since my very first vehicle and didn't realize the coolant was orange.

You get the strut bar on yet? After I put my stock one on I realize how heavy and ugly it was
Yea GM likes to use that Dextron stuff. Just be careful not to use it with normal green coolent. Also that Dextron over time can leave deposits in your radiator and actually start to corrode it. I would flush it out if its over 80-90k miles then check underneath all of your coolant lines and hose. I would suspect thats what it is.

I haven't had the time to get the strut bar on there, but I'll be doing that after the memorial day weekend. The stocker is definitely fugly in comparison!
There is a subi meet at delta cam on sunday... Plan on going to that.
Then auto X on monday
