Wow. And you can tell them there is a chick you know that would like to laugh in their face and ask them if they are ruh-tarded . Haha.

How were they able to determine how fast the cars were at a car show?

If this was this weekend, it was the SOVREN Historics - lots of car clubs come out, but the cars that were on the track were all 1970ish and earlier. Anybody saying 'x' car was faster than 'y' car, was all bluster since only old cars got to show their stuff this weekend. No DEs at all.

Most of these folks have no clue how fast Evos are stock, much less how fast they can be modded. There are plenty of Audis that will give Evos a fair run for their money, but a bone stock 2.0T Audi A3/A4 isn't going to hold a candle to a stock EvoVIII-X. Modded Audis to modded Evos are impossible to compare, since their configurations are as varied as the Evos here.

Bottom line: everyone is saying their d--k is bigger than the next guy, but no one dropped their shorts to prove it.

The question was rhetorical, by the way.

Unfortuantely, and Audi is a bigger/heavier car. There's no aftermarket part in the world that will defy physics.

It was more like a car show of Euro, historic/restored and American. I guess they also had an on track session because my friend took pics of it.

Registered car clubs get a parade lap - no passing, oil dripping, speeding, sneezing or farting allowed.

It was the yearly Historic races, put on by SOVERN. A charity event benefiting Children's Hospital. It is a riot.

The new cars on track are just a part of the lunch time activities, the various car clubs get to putt putt around for 3 laps. Very lame. Especially the idiots who let a big gap develop, then goose it on the front straight, then have to slam on their brakes to avoid the car they're following.

SOVERN does a few other races at PR during the season, its a lot of fun to watch them and no crowds.

Next jid2 post will be a build thread on nasioc...

No way. I don't need two cars to work on. I just need a few easy changes to make it different than all the standard "off-leash dog park" subaru owners.
