Depends on how you drive and how low you are and what tires you are using. You will rub in the back for sure unless you run over -1.5 for camber. I run 17x9 +28 with 255/40 and it rubbed bad in the back. Even rubs in the front now that I am lowered a decent amount. Although my tires run a touch wide. Although now I run -1.5 camber in the back, fenders rolled, and lowered to about 1/2 finger gap in the rear and I have about 1/2in clearance between the fender & tire. Front the fender liners rub pretty good on tight turns and will hit the body seam under hard suspension compression. My advice roll the rears, run a decent amount of camber, and don't go too low if you have coilovers and you will be fine.
I'm good at rolling fenders. I don't crack ANY paint.
That doesn't mean I didn't take my fenders out too far. There isn't a way to roll Evo rear quarter panels out that far without making that dimple. I didn't know that at the time.
