Thanks for the update Matt keep the pics coming......

Hard for me to see but are you running a halo or a-pillars and a windshield bar?

I like the rear bars (kinda wished i did mine like that but not many people sit the back of my car anyway lol)

How do your local tracks/officials want the "D" bars off the main hoop? I know here there has been back-and-forth with it being legal to go to 6x6 plate on the tunnel since we are not technically FWD Hondas etc

Looks great Matt. You should never have issues with the track, especially since this is a door car with a non-modified firewall etc.

I want to run this in a street class which requires full interior etc. I can't really stand the noise it makes when its gutted. It reminds me of my old civic and I just don't think its just make this car feel the way that car did.

Thanks Pat!

A pillars and a bar.

I just wanted the option of putting crap back there. No one rides back there, but if need be someone can with a little extra discomfort.

My local track officials don't care. Other than "hell yeah" and "your lucky that wasn't coolant" they haven't said a word to me about anything. I think they're still amazed that a "grand am" can run 9s at almost 150mph. How I read the rule is a 6x6 plate should be legal and that's how we will be doing it. If I have to we can modify it but the least amount of bar in the car is better in my opinion.

Thanks, one event in Indy I was harassed for not having two "carb" springs lol. The 20 min argument that followed had to be hilarious for those around me, especially since he had just let 11sec9 go through without any issue.

It's gonna get stomped. Heavy 6262 car. I'm getting the fuel system ready for a 6466 but I still have to pay for a turbo, ignition and retune it. That's like 4k lol. Ridiculousness.

you'll have a consistent 9sec car, that should be good competition with driver mod lol... oh the money pit strikes again...
What fuel setup are you on right now?

It hasn't been a consistent car yet, it has gotten faster every time its been out though.

Currently its 2 walbro 255 modded in a fullblown hanger with 3/8 feed and using the vent as the return. Ill be putting a sump in it, magnafuel 4303 and -8 feed when I put the 6466 on.

Thanks, hopefully it'll be ready to go for race in May. I'm trying to have the bay cleaned up a bit more and some things coated before then but I don't know if that's going to happen in time.

Well I guess that's a good thing though haha
Do you know what the idc% is right now?
You're going to have more than enough fuel once you sump it.
Ill be running dual 255s with -8 feed... will see how it holds up on the 6766.

Doubtful it'll be enough if running ethanol. Put a 400 in and I bet you'd be good to turn it up.

Magnus reusable oil filter came in. I change the oil pretty much every time I race. If it were a c16 car I wouldn't as often but ethanol finds its way into the oil pretty easily it seems.

That's badass, did you order it directly from Magnus?
