i was havig the same prob with high idle no matter what i did even adjusted biss screw everything ... nothing worked till i checked my tps sure enough it was out of range and i even got the porting service from mil-spec and they already set the tps before they ship out and i guess its been out ever since i got it back but soon as i re adjusted the tps idle was rock steady at 900 rpm, just use evo scan to see what your tps is at or use a volt meter

High idle was fixed. I have to run it in open loop to get it to idle properly for some reason. Until it was set to open loop the TPS could be changed and the idle remained steady at 1500.

If I could figure out this wideband, tuning would go super smooth, but until then it's merely guess work.

Indeed you do.

I took some lame pictures of some lame work today.

Harness bar in the car:

Before EvoDave:

After EvoDave:

The only thing left on the car that the prev. owner did was the gauges, so I re-did the wiring stuff for them and set them up to utilize the 42DD mount instead of the ugly POD on my dash.

Looks great....not.

Until the gauge pod comes...........

Now someone help me log my Wideband!

I've been having an awful urge to buy this in Twin Scroll T3 configuration with a 3586.....

http://www.extremeturbosystems.com/E...Turbo-Kit.html

I don't even have 200 miles on the car and I want to upgrade.

Pull the trigger and sell your stock IX turbo to me, my friend.

Once I can find a buyer for my IX drivetrain I'm going to attempt to make this 3586 kit a reality. I need to sell a IX Longblock, ACD T-Case, Rear Diff, and Front/Rear axles (all w/36K miles) before I bite the bullet.

I am hoping the turbo makes it to Arizona before this weekend. I estimate that it will not be until the end of next week before I am good to go.
