thanks! yeah i had a lot of different options i was thinking of getting and after much appreciated input from everyone on here i went with this one. I hear nothing but good things about it. Can't wait to feel how it performs.

finally got my hb in from STM. now I can send everything out to be balanced.
the block should be back this week sometime so pics will be posted as soon as I can!
on the downside I'm out in the field for a week so no progress other than parts for a little while:/

well the blocks finally done being line honed, dropped the parts off today to be balanced. just waitin on that and the hone on the cylinders and ill be all set to start the engine build!

Well after a little time away from the car i've managed to dedicate my weekend to working on it.

The injectors and the rail are bolted down but I think i'm going to go with stainless steel braided fuel line so im going to need to get some fittings and line.
btw those double o-rings are a pain in the *** to get to slide in right without jumpin out...

I pulled the calipers and started to clean them up after putting the ss braided lines on and then had a small influence from my pops to powder them blue so thats the plan for those.
