and heres what the top of the fuel tank looked like. A few minutes with the air compressor got rid of that just fine... walbro went in pretty easy except that annoyance of a retainer ring. >_<

Then I insisted on removing that horrendous wing, popped myself in the mouth... and as I was peeling the double sided tape off, got a call from a buddy with an amazing deal on a brand new cf trunk lid.
Couldn't have worked out better! anyone want a trunk lid and wing?

Been so long since the beginning I forget, but what are your plans for the intake mani? I would go send that tb out for a 65mm and that should be good to go my man. Suggestion for the calipers too, what do you think about balck? Blue car with black calipers would be hot!!!!

yeah i was planning on sending the tb out not goin too crazy with that. I'd like to get a jm fab intake or magnus i just dont have the money for it right now.

I was actually thinking about black with the calipers though. I think that would look really good, blue was just an idea that probably wont go too far lol

Yeah to much blue isn't a good thing. I am a believer in accents. I would go either or intake mani or even through the AMS F1 into the mix as well. Reguardless of what you decide to go with I am sure it will be sweet.

$230 considering the money you've already put into it isn't that bad. i would get a new oil pump since your already replacing the water pump. then your worry free for another 100k miles

Rebuild it. Call JNZ and see if you can get the gears from them. I am sure they will have them in stock. I did that with my talon and it ran me about 50 or so dollars.
