It's been a while, but IIRC: 10mm spacers and extended studs all around.

BUILD MILESTONE
The EV-O is receiving its first bulk charge! I also installed a switch to put the BMS in 'charge mode' which initates cell balancing.

^Nice! I’m anxious to see more driving/accelerating video clips with the fully charged up battery.

With your configuration of the batteries , how many voltage and kWh is it producing? How long does it take to fully charge with the current setup compared to the future J1722 your planning?

Total energy of the trunk pack is 12kWh. At full charge, the pack sits at 201V. The charger is rated at 2.5kW, but when plugged into a standard household socket it derates to 1.5kW. To transfer 10kWh of energy into the pack at 1.5kW takes about 6.5hours. At 2.5kW it would take 4 hours.

Mission Failed

Went to a shop this past weekend expecting to get the EVO aligned and inspected.
EVO was too low to fit on the alignment rack.
Staff was too worried to inspect an electric swapped vehicle without first calling the DMV.
Being it was a Saturday and the DMV wasn't open, I wasn't able to get the EVO inspected either.
Did find a nice X and talked to the owner for a while.
