Thats a nice looking dyno graph. That power level with the bigger crank is perfect.
Do you have an ATI dampner on the engine to help reduce the vibration ?

Your lifter/valve issue is something often overlooked. Its always a good idea to do a leak test (pressure) the engine before putting it in the car as well as look at the lifter clearance. I ended up with OEM lifters in my engine after checking things out as well.

I've heard the ATI is a no bueno for the 4g63. I went with fluidampr.

Which parts did you used on your heads?
For me, I'm using the GSC r2 cam with GSC beehive 5041 springs and retainers and also with Brian crower valves with GSC no tick lifters.
My machine shop just told me they pressure tested each valves and it comeback good. But I told them that the GSC lifters are higher than the oem lifters, why wasn't it leaking since it's not going to closed correctly?
So now they are checking into the valve length to see if it's in spec.
They haven't grounded anything down in my heads yet.
I probably find out more this week from them and let you guys know more.
I did order some oem lifters now, just in case!
I might replace my GSC lifters since you both have run into this problem.

Valve seat placement and valve tip length come into play. A good machine shop will check this but it's a good idea to install the cams and lifters and rotate the engine around and pressurize the cylinder. Gsc lifters are perfectly fine , but in the event the valves are open or the lifter is bottomed out then the shorter OEM lifter may get you the clearance you need.

Jrally, ATI makes a good product. There will always be rumors about everything , always look at the facts. Plenty of high HP supras, Evo, and everything else running them without issues.

I have a fluidampr crank pulley on mine. Even with blue loctite a couple of bolts came loose on that too haha. Hopefully I can get everything to stick together the third time around. Seems to be the magic number for me. Even with all the work and money it's totally worth how much fun the car is. Only thing I've been in that compares is a black edition gtr.
