I think Timzcat is a super mod so It looks like I still can't post in EVO Turbo. Meh. he will find a way to creep into my sanctuary someday


Btw I don't hate Timzcat, so quit Pm'ing me. I am only using his name because he is the only one on this site that has ever banned me. And to make things worse they were un-needed. thats why I am bringing him up.. SO don't go banning me again Timzcat.

When I banned you the first time I PM'd you and you said you understood why and had no arguement.
Shortly after returning from the ban you reported another users post but then proceded to get into a blow out with the guy before any one could moderate it. The whole idea of reporting a post is to not respond and let us take care of the problem. Because the both of you went into a huge tirate you left me no choice because you knew the rules but could not resist breaking them. As you know the other member also received the same treatment.

Also, I have verbally warned you in the past, a while back if you do not remember.
I do not have a problem with you, never have. In fact I have talked to you in the past through PM and helped you with parts, etc. I answer all my PMs and I receive quite a few.

I don't like banning people despite popular belief. Often times people get all pissed off and think the world is out to get them so when they return they only get worse. Then we are left with no choice but to permanently ban them. Then you just end up with antagonist like Umiami80 who just will not give up.

 

Thanks for clearing things up. I didn't understand , why the first ban was for 7 days. I understand your position not your reasoning but thats not for me to decide. I did not know you recieved the PM I sent you after your initial PM. But in my defense was a 7 day ban needed?

If you recall the first one , it was a silly post that could've easily been deleted by you or me without any action taken. I also do not remember ever being warned about anything here.

and the huge tirate was his part , I was fueling his flames but not swearing at him or making the attacks that he went to, heck we even kissed and made up in the same thread before anyone ever saw it.

I do remember the conversations we had in the past regarding your build and your choice of parts, which is one of the reasons I took the first one so hard. and Umiami80 was a good member here and turned the way he did because of the bannings.

and the world isnt out to get me it just seems like only one person bans me, which that person happens to be you. and I am willing to take a guess and assume that you are also the one that banned umiami80 all those times. The ban first ask questions later mentality sends people into these little stints and thats why this thread was started.

the members are tired of their fellow members getting hosed for silly reasons. I mean ODUB is back, that guy deserved his banning , but did AKA?

oh and look at the reason for the first banning , the guy started an intake thread with 3 already on the front page, and the second one was about some guy swearing at people in spanish to get past the swear filter, I mean cmon .

The sad news is I still appreciate the position that you are in, and I respoect the fact that you have helped me personally any time I asked . I guess I was looking for a little more courtesy, but whatever.

Whether people like it or not there are probably gay people on this forum and just like asians complaining about the word ricer, do you think that it doesn't bother them? Is it not fair for people to respect thier fellow member by not using words that discriminate based on age, gender, race, etc.

If you had PM'd me back originally and told me why you posted it I would not have banned you for it and would only have warned you. Since it is text on a page and doesn't tell me your motives I can only assume by the post that you were calling the thread starter gay.

 

Fair enough , but c'mon now if I was calling someone gay , I would straight do it. In context It reads the way it reads here over modding . The thread was gay, for the reason there was 2 others already on the front page of evo general.

But aswell are you going to ban every poster that uses the word Ricer in his post? I mean How Politically correct do we have to be? The term ricer is part of our societies dialect and we cannot change that, in the same sense the term has lost its meaning and revelance to asians. There are more hispanic ricers than asians by far.

and the second time? I mean obviously you read his comments and mine so you can also understand where I was going with it. he was swearing at the members in spanish avoiding the swear filter, I told him that if he had the ***** to say it in spanish he should have the ***** to say it in english. he then went on a rant about this and that to which I replied " ^ has a small ***** " and then directly apologized to him and ended what little beef we had .

the thread had moderated itself and was moving forward, heck we were both back to posting to the original topic and conversing amongst each each when you "edited" the posts and inserted your witty yet un needed comments.

in the end the tittle of this thread speaks for itself , over reacting mods make this place worse than what it was before with all the intake and BOV threads as those have continued while members are getting tossed for little to no reason.

I see that you have also closed a thread without banning steiner ( not that I want him banned) but his situation with the other member (fast as Shiat) is similar to mine and mrmeijia's except they never resolved their beef they were still posting suck me sideways messages when you edited it. wheres the equality in that?

I could go on for days typing but in the end its over and I still respect you and your position, just try not to ban me any longer

2) "all mods drive evos thats why they are power happy" - either get your facts straight or just be quiet and don't talk. i do not own an evo, the 2 admin of this site do not own an evo.

3) kilterman - i will not get into this whole debate because i do not have all the info of what is going on. however, if you will ever compare the mods/staff to the gestapo police again, i will personally ban you and do it with a smile. there is a limit to we will stand for and you crossed it. do not compare this site to **** germany ever again, you have been warned.
