thats what I was thinking . After his post I was curious so I started looking and most of of the mods don't own an Evo. I think the EVO community sees this as their own personal site and that the Lancer's just rent here, I beleive this site in general was a Lancer specific site before the EVO ever hit shores.

I strongly disagree with broad brush statements that the moderator's are out of control and decreasing the value of the site. There are currently 10 members in time out out of 19,000 and they did it the old fashion way........ They earned it.

We rarely find members who thank us for banning them.

The point being that this thread is really a disagreement about either who or how timeout was given. Whether you agree or not, I hope we have answered your questions.

This thread has drifted all over the map with sidebar discussions about Evo owners versus Lancer owners that have nothing to do with the original post. After reviewing this area, we do believe inconsistencies exists on how different moderator's ban members when necessary. Therefore, we have made some changes that should improve how and when timeouts are applied. Thank you for your feedback.
