lol i went completly crazy modding my spec-v, with the Z not so much since it was more of a lexury ride that i wanted... while shopping around, deciding betwwen the STi or the Evo, i decided to make a promise and stop myself from modding it, lol but you know promises were made to be broken. or is it rules? well either way if i have the extra cash at the moment i would get something 
yeah i have always done that, specially thru GB, **** i got to know so many companies with the spec, that i would just call and get really low prices, thats how i got to get all the mods on it really quick, and then after with the Z i did the same

just keep the stock catback handy and you can always reflash yourself back to stock very easily. Scooter had his tranny fixed with a exhaust and flash...

I am currently using Penzzoil Platinum full synthetic and OEM filters. Pennzoil brand has consistently had good ratings in consumer reports, and several car Mags. OEM filters are supposedly the best. It's supposed to have a check valve that keeps oil from all draining into the pan.
PS Jeff how do you buy 75% of a filter? Is it like an aerodynamic Mini filter?

yea they flash ur ecu to remove restrictions, raise rev limits, set up 2-step.... I say get a custom tune, I got a flash and I would rec a custom tune if u got a few more mods it makes a huge difference.
