sorry guys Im not going to be able to make it tomorrow to FF I forgot it was my b-day and I said Id hang out w/ a couple of buddies who are going to SERE on Monday after I get my tattoo. For some reason I thought the 3rd was next week.....must be losing my mind in my grand old age.

e vol ix.... it would be cool for you guys to finally make it down this way.... and it is suppose to be chilly tomorrow night so aside from traction, you should hit 11's no problem... We are almost sitting on the exact same mods minus some minor things here and there... should be a good night all around...

 

Yeah i know dude. I went to a subaru meet with a guy i think you know Eric? with a RS IX he is a cool guy. we were actin a damn fool the whole time.I only had tbe,mbc,intake, and a base flash when i hit my 12.03 so i hope i can hit some 11's.. last time i ran i was spinning like crazy so we will see. but hopefully we will have a good crowd coming with us man.. i think my IX, my friends 8 is gonna run. other friend just got a IX might show up. Also my buddie with a gt30r sti is coming. And the best is my dad is comin to watch me race for the first time in his corvette. Im gonna try my damndest to get him to run me. It should be fun. Is this the last one of the year?

 

hey jason, guess what else happened aside from the lower lip damage??? now i have a freikin boost leak. i found it though, its where the licp connects to the IC. i think im gonna have to take off the bumper to get to it though. if ok with ya i was gonna go to your house and do it since you have taken these bumpers off before whereas i havent, so in return it would take a sec vs me prolly taken a min, plus i dont know what time im gettin off tomorrow. i got a HUGE ammo draw tomorrow. i guess if i dont get off early enough i just wont race is all.................

rob, just give me a call, bring it by my house or whatever, just let me know when..... also, if we are already at the track, come and plan on racing, i can take your bumper off there, or rather, direct you how to take it off with some brilliant instructions lol... im kidding, but we can get it off and fix the clamp or whatever it is that is leaking.... i and brian almost always have our tools, code pullers and extra clamps and zip ties to fix the dumb **** that happens to us on a daily basis.

cpd, just give sean or i a call and we will coordinate with ya on how to get you to my house or tell you where the track is so you can get there...

Hey guys, just to pass along some info, AMS is talking about doing road trips for custom and base flashes. I will talk to ya more about it at the track but you can find my post about it in the SE forum and Chris' post in the AMS forum.

 

sorry i couldn't make it. we got stuck over late this evening, and then had some stupid BS inspections!

 

its alright man, didnt miss too much... there were 7 of us there i think.... the guys made it down from fuquay finally... it was pretty damn cold though, we couldnt hook up very well.... even with 20 psi, i couldnt grab off the line, finally i was just frustrated and left.... couldnt hit a 60ft faster then 1.85, but oh well, we all had fun, it was nice to meet everyone

 

LOL...you guys missed me breaking my car! Not sure how bad yet but I'm guessing I'll need a set of rear axles (Hehe..time to upgrade) and possibly a new rear differential. I'll know by the end of the day.

 

HAHAH yeah ric it was good finally gettin down there with everybody... even tho it was cold as ***** and nobody could hook up.. My best 60 foot was a 1.83 i think.. And i am always pretty consistant at about 1.7 1.6 . O well it was kool standin around bull****tin with everybody tho. Till next time man.

 

hey jason i think im gonna need to come over and get your stock licp if you have it still. found out today that its bent. plus i couldnt take this damn bumper off without breakin anything. i dunno though. also anyone know any good places around here to get some good tires?? mine are on their last leg.
