Ive ordered multiple things from both LS & VR and never had any problems, maybe they were just mad at you for taking off the festive tail lights

any of you seen the new Peakboost topmount turbo kits? kinda different and they claim 600rpm quicker in spool w/ the mani design. check it out peakboost kit - click me let me know what you think.....its still up in the air on what 35r kit to go w/ but Buschurs looks like so far its the best complete kit for the price-to-power ratio

sounds nice, but i need to see some proof in the 600rpm quicker spool up. plus i wouldn't buy it till i have seen or heard of other people running it with out any problems.

 

yeah as brian said, i've never had problems at all from lancershop, i even had a tech question and the mastaminds ordering staff called their techs for the evo stuff and i had a phone call back within 30 minutes to answer questions... they always ship fast and have never had an order incorrect. occasionally companies do mess up an order... as long as they are good about fixing it, thats what matters, take brain and cvr motorsports.... that is terrible business.

chris, i was looking at that turbo kit as well when i seen it first come out. i think they also include a new radiator in the kit as well due to the intake being in the path of the top hose. might not be a bad idea. there is a car on these forums who just posted pics of his engine bay with one, it looks nice... definitely easy to work on. id say personally, try it out, it cant hurt too much.

id probably say, lets shoot for 5 30 at my place so we can get to the track as early as we can... its so much easier to run that early. plus that will give us time to load maps, set air pressure and run a few times

oh, and brian, if you can get your hands on the black reflective tape, i will take as much as you can get... i think floating around my tool box is some white/kinda silver reflective tape as well. Lets not forget the roll of glint tape and glow in the dark "cat eye" material either... big roll of that stuff lol

 

do you still have your trash ? ill take them from ya... see if i can clean them up and make them look pretty ... i was thinking of a red green color scheme for christmas LOL... .seriously, if you have them and are going to toss them, let me get my hands on them. i will see if i can repair the damage...if not, then ill toss them

 

i did not post this. i left my username logged in and had the window minimized, as i was looking at this thread earlier. schmidt and few others were "hanging out" at the shop last night and decided to add some more fuel to the fire, as they knew what our "beef" was in the other thread....... i have to admit though, it was kinda funny

hey what all prep work do you guys have to do to get ready for the track ? I dont have too much, im going to wait and put my fluid in after the track... my a/f's are acting funny today so i am going to get under the car and make sure everything is tight where it needs to be and do a quick leak test.... i need to install my water temp adapter if it gets in in time, take apart my trunk and other then that, im ready to go... just need to get my a/f's back inline.

Before it starts... im on Al's flash non-modified.

If you guys dont have anything to do, we can meet at brian's or my house, doesnt matter to me, as late as 6, as long as we are at the track by 7 we should be fine... give us time to adjust tire pressure, load maps and get fuel
