Sweet! Haven't done a damn thing yet. I have been soo busy at work. And I am getting married 2/28, so I haven't even paid attention to my baby... well my Evo baby anyway. Who installed your mods? I need to get with you to see if you like the results. I am planning to put some serious money into mine in the next few months. Feedback from other guinea pigs ... errr I mean other people with different mods is best!

So far I have done everything myself. Guy I work with (Used to manage install at Circuit City) did help me with the Streetglow Kit. The hardest thing so far has been fitting all of the stereo equipment in the car.

You new wife will learn to hate this car. My wife is jealous as hell ! I'm going to change plate to a personalized one next year that says "dam car".

I'm lucky though, car is only driven on the weekends. Has not been in the rain yet. Spends most of the time in the garage. I have a company car I drive during the week.

Keep in touch though, I would be happy to work on someone elces EVO. My wife would like that, since it wouldn't be my money.
Not to mention if you are thinking of any WORKS products, I would appreciate the plug with them. Since I am showing my car I could sure use some freebies!

Ok thanks. Will definately look you up later. - oh one question though, Your mods look great by the way, you said the sound of the hks bov sucked but the performance was great. I thought the reverse to be true. Everyone always says that the sound is great, but performance is not enhanced. Idle problems and such. Is this BOV a recerc or atmosphere?

BOV

I Hav'nt noted any idle problems and it was my first mod. I am venting to intake, didn't want to trip the mass air flow sensor. Sounds like a gun shot when it vents, not the typical sound we are all used to and it makes a flutter under normal lower rpm shifts. I'm happy with it in general, but will probably replace it with the WORKS dual vent later.

BOV

I would probably recommend the WORKS one anyway. If it's like any or their other products, it comes with the EVO in mind. So install and set up is usually a peice of cake.

I take it back, now that I think of it the perrin shirt shifter was the hardest mod. Taking a dremel to the shifter housing was a little scary

Have to go pick my son up from baseball. I added you to my buddies. Keep in touch.

As for meets, it's very hard to get organize. We fail almost half the time. The other half is usually a washout by rain. I can't remember my last meet w/ the lancer guys. Just know Carlos and Frank were the only ones, besides me.

Time is uaually the killer for meets.

Lol sounds like quite a couple other potential meets.... the only ones that really come into light are the DSMers.
