The local Mecedes/Porsche car club is having a Polar Bear Run this coming Saturday. They have invited us "other" super fast cars to come long. The meetup is @ Barbers Motorsports Park @8:30 maybe get a couple laps around the track, then the cruise on the back roads up through Blount county to some covered bridges and other points of interest, then to our destination at A somewhat famous Steakhouse "AlSteak" in Cullman. Let's go Evo's show up so we can have our own group. I know several of us will be attendance. It is nice to show the Lambos, Ferraris, that Evo's are cool too.

....ofcourse this will be a cruise and not a race, fun times for sure.

We all had an awesome time today on our Inaugural Alabama Polar Bear Run. we had allot of Evos in attendance as well as seeing some of Alabama's Great Covered Bridges. PhotoPics can be seen here

Even "C" gave his thumbs up to the trip....

We even tired our hand on a Rally Type Downhill stage, yes, dirt and snow are a great combination.

We had a great crowd and had to split up into 2 groups.

Yes it was cold but not too bad..or at least not for this guy, and yes he got wet on the way back in...

Matt thinks about driving over the Highest Covered Bridge in the USA.

He decides Not to...

Come and join us next year and even this spring/summer when we have a few cruises planned.
