Wow...I guess its a good thing all the evos showed up for the Polar Bear run, otherwise that would have been a relatively sad looking group of cars. When I read the initial invite for that it had talk of porsches, lambos and ferraris.

 

We split up into 2 groups, most of the Porsches/Mercedes went with the other group. But our group had the BEST people in it..lol..we had fun all the people in our group ended being great cool people. We did had the Viper Leave with our group to make a point. None of the Lambos or Ferraris came out to the event. I guess it was too cold for the Euro cars...lol...none of the MOB super cars were in attendance but you were'nt either....J/K

 

I was having a fun time getting tires put on my wifes car. Sometimes you just gotta do the stuff you dont really want to do.

 

You should have come, it was fun. def need to get the Cheaha run going!!!

 

We are shooting for the end of this month or very beginning of February for the Cheaha Run. I've already got the route planned which we have done many times before. Mostly semi serious driving roads with 1 nice stop in the middle at a waterfall with a very short walk up to it. No gravel.dirt roads this time...lol....and end up at Bald Rock at Sunset which is so crazy beautiful at Sunset. As the Who once said, "you can see for miles and miles and miles" The parking lot @ Bald Rock would be great for our group shot as it is large and should accomodate our large group......details will be forthcoming shortly.

 

I haven't been awake at 9am on a Saturday since I was like 7 years old. Looks you guys had a (cold) blast!

 

well maybe you need to try it again, fun times are to be had early in the mornings on saturday.

****also FYI the first autox TestnTune event is set for Feb 27th, which is a Saturday! so we can race and have fun and then have the whole day Sunday to recover and wash cars. lol

 

hi... im from pell city dont have a evo but looking into them. dont really know much about them but wanting to learn more. I am currently deployed or I would join in on yalls fun.

 

well when you get back you will have to come check out an autox. there are always a couple of Evos running.

i need to convince someone that drives an evo to let me autox in there vehicle since mine will no longer be able to build boost at all at slow speeds..


(i might be pickin up a 99 honda coupe next month to autox in)
