That APAGIN or whatever his name is? I know there is an AMSOIL dealer back in Brevard. I need to order tranny fluid tonight or tomorrow.

I have lived all over Palm Bay, Eau Gallie, Rockledge and Merrit Island. I graduated from Palm Bay High. Which... is in Melbourne, but barely lol. We probably know some of the same people as most of my friends younger siblings were about that much of an age difference from you and I. I am planning to go back and visit before too long. This truly is a small world.

Yeah it really is a small world!!

I definitely have friends that live in Eau Gallie, Rockledge and Merrit Island. If I ever moved back to that area more than likely I would move to Viera though.

I've been planning on visiting soon for a little bit now. I keep putting it off because of stuff going on here, but I'm sure it'll happen one of these days.

I've been hearing really bad things though. Like the job market is absolutely horrible back home (I have friends with their Bachelors and Master's Degrees working BS jobs because their field isn't really hiring) and Palm Bay is getting kinda ghetto in some parts. I haven't been home since 2006 so I'm sure a lot has changed.

And Palm Bay High always had the best football team (well a couple years I think Rockledge was doing really well). I know when I went from Junior High to High School all the best football players from my junior high ended up at Palm Bay High (some of those guys lived near me). And I lived off of Eldron Blvd off Malabar so I was nowhere near Palm Bay High!!

lol... yeah i remember that... seemed like as soon as i graduated, our football team got really good. I must have been the problem. I was more of a star in the baseball world though. We placed 2nd in the county during my sophomore year.

I probably have met you about 3 or 4 times now and i dont think this conversation has ever come up

I don't think it's something that would come up in casual conversation. Sometimes it does though.

It's always nice to meet people from your home town (at least I think so) because if you're someone like me who misses home and isn't too much a fan of NC it definitely reminds you of home!! Plus I always find it easier to deal with other Floridians. Not sure why, but knowing someone who grew up in the same area makes it easier to relate to someone. SO many local yokels here (no offense to anyone from NC) I don't really relate to the way they do things.

Hopefully your new business venture works for you guys. Good luck and I just might have to hit you guys up for something in the future.

I have some exciting news.

First of all. As I was driving to Wilmington Thursday night, to drop a friend off at the airport, I realized how to turn on my fog lights. Their the JDM yellow and they look pretty sick.

Lastly, my BR Race intercooler and Tial 50mm BOV came in yesterday. All I need to do is call BR and order the upper and lower i/c pipes and all the speed density crap. This stupid, crazy, over-my-head build is finally starting to move.

I know the feeling... do you also always find yourself wondering why everyone doesn't drive like we do in FL ?

Thats always good news. Projects are those things that seem like they take forever but when you are finished you dont mind the wait.

Hell yes!! People drive like crap here. I never found myself constantly agitated by the way people drove back home. The problem is we have 50 states of poor drivers here.

On another note this ball bearing from Hallman is hard to get ahold of. I wish they would just tell me where I can just go buy one or something!!

lol...

I always get pissed at the right of way concept here, or lack there of. No one knows what the right or left lanes are for here, they do however know where the brake pedal is for absolutely no reason

Oh god yeah! Another thing....changing lanes in an intersection. I dunno when I ws growing up and was taught to drive I was taught that it was a stupid idea. If it's not a law it sure as hell should be. But I see people do it all the time.

I hope other people here's morning is going better than mine. My brother's wife tried to move my car. It started right up and she stalled it or who the hell knows what she did cause she can't drive a manual to save her life. Yeah the car definitely will not start now! Never had this issue before and I didn't go to sleep until really late so I'm exhausted trying to figure this out! Wish me luck!!

check your fuses under the hood... there is one specific for the ecu, and sometimes a stall will cause that. If not that one, then look under the dash, as your looking at your fuse box, their is a yellow one, top left of the pack, thats your next culprit

^Thanks man! I already checked the fuses in the engine bay. Trying to find the multimeter to be sure cause sometimes fuses are blown even when they don't look blown.

My brother fielded the notion that it's possible the transponder erased itself. He's had it happen to a Mitsubishi or 2 in his line of work. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it's a fuse though.

It's odd though because I've stalled the car out once or twice and never had any issues. Just reaffirming why I don't let women drive my car!!!

Good call man!! The fuse that was in there was actually a red 10amp fuse, but it was that fuse nonetheless!! Thanks again for the help bud!
