Reading this thread kind of reminds me of the Mustang owners in my town that think my car is rice and could never beat a V8. I tell everyone my car is stock and a 4 banger but yet no one wants to race me for money. I dont get it........if my car is stock and a 4 banger why will the big bad Mustang owners not race me??? George you should just tell everyone your car is stock and if they want to see the results to lay down the money. Best I could find was a 9.5 @ 150 but top speed was 260mph and HP was 1300. :-) I want to see your car do this next time at the drag strip

8.7 @ 165 that's kick ***, the problem is the front Diff can not hold the power, if you get ANY wheel hop it's toast. I know Road Race is getting one made with a LIFETIME warr. so that will be nice. I am going with the GT35R down the road, should be good for mid to low 10's as long as I lose 150 pounds lolrof

 

It is 12am, and i just finished hooking up and testing teh nitrous on the AEM. It works like a dream

I setup the ON conditions to 2800rpms, 85% TPS, -14.69psi, 3mph, and teh switch to ON postion. If all these are met, 150shot is activated.
It cuts off if over 18psi, under85% TPS, over 7000rpms, and over 255mph

Tested teh system at idle with 0% TPS, -14psi, 0 rpms, and 0mh, and it works great. You can hear teh solenoids, and Nitrous parameter is ON now, and fuel is +1%, and ign is -5 degrees.

Getting VERY close to dyno time....
Going to hook up my EGT to teh AEM , so in cas ethe EGT starts going up ( lean condition), I can set it up so it adds fuel to save the engine.

A lot of neat stuff, is not it?

This thread cracks me up. We all hang out together and are cool but on internet we arguing over nothing.

Guys let have fun with our EVO's and not attack each other. We don't do it in person so why on forums. If you have something to say the best thing is to talk to the person instead of only speculating on what the truth is.

I will be honest I don't care what you are using to tune your car as long as you are happy and enjoy your EVO.

In the end the mods help us enjoy are cars more. After long day of work I really enjoy driving my car.

George once you get the car tuned you really need to bring it down to GADSM 3si www.importshowdown.com track day. You need to show these other tuner shops like Battleground and Twisted tunning whats up. Show them what a fine tuned EVO can do.
