Wrong. Ron did 418 on Shiv's DD then went about 475 on the TT dynojet. He only reached 494 after Shiv did an entirely new custom tune on a new fuel, VP MS109, at the first Dyno Day organized by me at TT in March.
By the way, that works out to 1.13 correction factor between the two dynos. For some reason, lower hp cars typically see a 1.12 correction factor: For example, my car did 332 on shiv's dyno and 372 on the TT dyno.
So, even if we gave your bro's car the benefit of the doubt and gave it a VERY generous correction factor of 1.14, it would make an impressive 535whp, but not high 500's like you stated.
470 X 1.14 = 535.8 -------- and that is being generous. Without question, I make at least 50 more ft lbs of torque, do it all at 1500 rpms sooner, and have a higher rev limit, due to having a built motor.
Finally, I'll never have to shift into fifth in a drag race. I can hold fourth til it's over. My goal is high 120's (ie 128+ mph) and very, very, low 11's.

i said it before and ill say it again.... imagine if he put all THAT money (like 3 engine rebuilds) into an evo.. he might be able to give even companies like ams a run lol!!! with his own personal car.
