It is upgraded, the issue was not that I was lean it was that I was damn hot. My car was actually the EVO that the fuel pump issue was found on back in late 03 by Shiv. We (ok he) found the stock pump started failing after consecutive dyno pulls (but was fine for a couple of pulls with a little break in between, which is typical of many dyno sessions). Shiv decided on the spot that the fuel pump should be included in even the most basic upgrade packages especially if you were going road racing. A bit OT but kinda' relevant...

Chrono.....but your maps are custom tuned and this is about the off the shelf maps. If you are custom tuned I highly doubt your AFRs are 12:1 across the board on pump especially 91.

That's good to know. It's reasonably relevant to what we've been discussing
on this thread. The general concenses seems to be, if you're running more
boost than stock, an upgraded fuel pump might be a good idea.

I will find the article from Import Tuner magazine where it was compared to some of the leading wideband products in a comparison and shined against the Innovate.

Where is your 128mph stock turbo Innovate equipped Vishnu car BTW, I don't see anything in your sig.
My 128mph evo is in the drawer with my Sega Genesis, pager, trapper keeper and all of the other things I don't care about. I am a road racer, man.

I just find it slightly humorous that you come onto OUR forum to dis the products that we use, in hopes of selling the brand you use. No need to get upset about it.

FWIW, we tested both the Zeitronics and Innovate units. Both have pros and cons. We chose the one that we felt best fits our needs. If anyone wants to use a brand other than the one we sell, they are free to do so. They'll just have to adjust the smart fuel map accordingly. As for our baseline maps, I have never seen one results in a 12:1 afr across the board. Not saying it is not possible given variances in cars, testing conditions, hardware differences, etc,. but I have not seen it myself. And I've tested more than a few cars. I've also spent 4 years of my life as a automotive journalist and have conducted more than a few comparison tests. One of the things I've learned during that time is when NOT to use them to make a point

When are you going to get your Zeitronix installed so we can get more data on the maps?

So far we have:

1. Me using Innovate getting around 12.xx:1
2. Jeff using ??? getting 12.xx:1
3. Evo_Kid using Zeitronix getting 12.xx:1
4. jrs using AEM Uego getting 12.xx:1

All of us are in different parts of the world and we are still getting 12.xx:1

I am curious to know what you are going to get?

It's a long story:
1.) Been to darn busy.
2.) I put the car back to stock because I thought I heard an
engine tick behind the glove box..
( When I removed the Xede, it went away )
3.) It's been 100+ degree 115 degrees in my garage.
4.) I have everything except the hot sync cable for the palm.
5.) I was hoping to have this done before MOD 06.
( now I might have to work ).
6.) It's going to be a decent setup.

7.) Sad story huh ?

EDIT: I'll try to get it done asap... I have to put the TBE back on too.

Where are you getting 12:1? Just in the low end to midrange? Or all the way to redline?

I still blame it on everyones drop in no matter what anyone says. Even if someone made back to back tests. One dude has an HKS drop in filter, the other an K&N. The base maps were created using the OEM FILTER!
