so shiv what do you think? the guys that spent there money on the XEDE can we expect to have full support and trust in our product? or do we have to switch over to the PROceed to get top notch support and everything? maybe you could offer a TRADE in discount... i think that would be a BIG BAND-AID for those who feel SORE over the fact that the XEDE has no re-sale value, and feel its lost its superiority.

maybe we send back the XEDE and get the PROceed for a the difference we paid? that would actually take away ANY bad feelings we had/ have.

I will just throw in my 2c and say I haven't had a problem with the Xede, OR Vishnu support, Dustin, or Shiv. They were always there for me from beginning to end, they are a stand up bunch of guys. I am with Ludi as far as seeing both sides of the story. The only problem I have with Shiv, is why he wears dress shoes and no socks to a dyno day! Keep up the great work fellas, it's not your fault the value of the Xede hit the dumper.

Side note: Who left Noize keys to the store and made him Moderator?? Congrats on that Noize, That is a tough job being an adult baby sitter, I don't envy that task. See you kids down the road.

I guess the thing that bugs me is that it's not like the XEDEs are dying...they are still usable, still work and can still be used for tuning. I don't think it's Vishnu's fault that technology has progressed and newer things have come out. It's like people complaining that they can't sell their VCRs for what they paid for them.

Piggybacks are bull****, reprogramming factory computers and full standalones are all that should be used. Why would you want to lie to the ecu when you could just change what it does instead? Its a lot safer.

I've used a XEDE since '03 and it still works great for us :

A lot of us that compete and win with the Evo use Vishnu. I like the ease of flipping a switch to run race gas, and the range of conditions that the SMART system adapts to.

Mine just crapped out. For some reason when it catches the temperature something is shorting out in there and car is almost undrivable, the feeling is like I'm driving on 2 cyliners. I had to open the box and have the AC on so it cools it down and then it runs fine.
Does Vishnu team wants to disect it to see if they could find what might be causing it??? We can trade if you want, I'll send you mine and you can send me a used one that you have.
