Well it's the Fuller WRX that's tied up in Mid Price class with Vishnu. I don't think the Firestone team ever possed a problem for Paul.

Hmm, that's too bad...

Here is a pic I took of the Evo that went off at Sears... The last I heard they were trying to get it fixed in time to finish the event, but it was damaged pretty bad. Anyone know if they were able to get it fixed?

I think Shiv said they did 1.01 or 1.1 (I know its a huge difference, but the cell phone isn't very clear). I'll leave the rest of you in suspense with regards to how the Fuller WRX STI did.

Paul (and I guess Shiv) had to do a lot to overcome the 280 point difference that was given to the Fuller WRX at the wet skid pad. A few more points would have made it interesting for overall placement ... possibly a 4th place???

So that is 1st place in their class and 5th overall?

Good job team Vishnu. Glad I got a chance to check it out over at Sears Point!

I'm working with Shiv on the Ohlins, but I am good friends with STaSIS and they happen to be located a couple doors down from my shop (as well as being suspension experts). They went above the call of duty to work on Shivs Evo when they were at Sears Point - we were all getting greasy while Shiv and Paul weretaking "marine showers" in my bathroom. Basically a great group of guys came together to help the Vishnu team

hi guys. that's right. despite the lousy start, we managed a 1st in class victory with a 5th place overall. I believe that's the highest placement ever achieved by a 4 cyl. The car is getting its own write-up in C&D mag. big thanks to everyone who helped out. I have a whole list but first I need sleep
