its about.. 20 dollars a month?

Jump on the bandwagon, or dont get caught on the wheels underneath. I bought at the 28299 and got mad at 27999, but would be more pissed at 28999. Gotta make that judgement call. They werent gonna be 19,999 by december....

It would make more sense to buy locally even if it is a slightly higher price.
So then buy it locally and be done with it.

Its absolutely hilarious that 3 months ago everyone thought the price was a bait and switch because it was so good. Then it dropped a tad lower with a definitive end date. And now it jumped back up a bit to where it was originally and people are up in arms over it. If you don't want to buy one from SC now, sobeit - they will sell them all anyway because the price is awesome!

YOU SNOOZE - YOU LOSE! But don't whine to the rest of us how unfair it is!

How does any of this concern you? There is a difference between whining and expressing constructive criticism. For the record, I have been waiting for them to get more EVO's for over a month now. The color/style I wanted has been gone for a while until the next shipment comes in. "You snooze, you lose!" - I don't think so. I have been ready to buy for over a month now. Anyway, are you always this argumentive, or are you making a special effort today?

Mark,
I was ready to buy on Friday when I called, you were supposed to get some info and VIN numbers and call me back. I never heard back from you.... looks like that's going to cost me $1700? Wish you would have called back, I would have left a deposit immediately, especially if I had known the deal was ending. Also, I noticed the MR , RS, and GSR went up $1000, but the GSR/SSL went up $1700. If it was $1000 extra, I probably wouldn't worry too much but $1700 also makes it a little more attractive to just go local.....

Stop being a tool. I was ready to fly home from Japan early just to pick up my MR for that price. Now I don't really have much of a reason to buy from them anymore, so I have to rethink my plans entirely....

Mark: Is there a possibility the price will go up even more in the summer? Or is it all down from here?

Phew

I got mine at 11:45PM on 3/31
And made Mark stay until 1:30 AM to wait for my wife and I to clean out our WRX trade-in!

I was thinking about getting it on Saturday because the Ducks game at the Arrowhead Pond went into "shoot out"...Go Ducks!

At 10:30 or so, I called Mark to see if there was any difference...that's when he told me to just get there before midnight. PHEW!

for Mark's customer service to save me $1,000! (Thanks Mark)

Now I just have to wait 2 weeks to pick up my new gsr...can't wait!

so the price for the IX w/SSL is 31,299? that would make it just a $300 price difference. Is this correct?

From what I understand, the price is $31,299. It used to be $30,299 before the $1k "rebate" or incentive went away. All models went up $1k from their previous prices.

oh, ok. I thought it used to be $30,999. At $31,299, it's still a great deal. I'm looking at getting one at the end of April. thanks.

Nope, he had an error in his new pricing that said it was $31,999 but he fixed it.
