Do not buy from Puente Hills Mitsubishi, they are racist and very voilent people. I emailed a couple of dealers about three weeks ago getting quotes on the evo 9. Puente Hills finally called me and asked me if I was interested in coming in and going for a test drive. I told them I already found a dealer that has ridiculously cheap price on the evo's (south coast). He was so angered. He told me that the owner of Puente Hills wants to get a gun and shoot the owner of South Coast because there is that much bad blood between the two. He also said "You asians are not helping us make any money." I asked him how did he know I was asian and he responded "because of your last name." I told him that I'm a white cracker just like him and hung up. I'm really asian though lol and I love white people, please don't get offended by what I said to that *****.

how is it random? I'm being informative. Get this, they didn't even want to be competitive the price south coast offers, instead they started talking crap about south coast and questioning how they stayed in business.

 

Well, I can't get financed for that much. So I will just keep driving what I have..

 

thats because they are selling their MRs for 42 yess 42 and they are not willing to deal on a car to anywhere near invoice. i dont see how they make money when they dont sell cars. actually i bought my first car from them their dealership is full of aholes. the service manager said they will not be accepting anymore evos that have any mods on them because they dont want to hassle with them. and he has the right to do so.

so bump for southcoast and great prices. stay away from puente. if you go to long beach ask for allen. but seriously the manager there is an a$$

 

hey when You guys bought the evo did you have to get the 100k/10 year warranty for 2000 dollars because you had to for financing the vehicle?

by the way when I got the car from the Dealer the financing department told me every thing they were adding.
and I dont know why You got charged 2000 for the loyjack but they offered it to me for 700,
because if my car gets jacked I wouldn't want it back because who knows how the ediot drove the car.

overall I was very satisifed with their service.

 

it comes standard with the warranty... i hope you didnt pay 2 grand for it,

standard warranty is 10year 100k powertrain 5 year 60k? bumper to bumper

even paying 2 grand for a 100k bumper 2 bumper is crazy but no you shouldnt have to order a warranty even when finanancing

 

are you sure because they charged me $2000 for the 100k/10 year warranty, and said I had to get it becuase im financing.

i never heard of paying or the standard warranty and i financed. unless its the extended warranty but then why would you need to buy an extended warranty that goes past the time financed? the standard warranty is what i stated above and i know for sure i didnt pay for it.

The 100k/10 year from mitsu is for the powertrain, not the whole car. Maybe they sold you a 10 year warranty bumper to bumper for extra, I heared of something like this before. So make sure.

 

Sounds like they sold you an extended warranty. The good news is that most extended warranties like this can be cancelled with a full refund within 30 days (or a partial refund of the unused portion). Don't let them talk you into buying this and/or keeping it. Total waste of money!

The 10 yrs 100k that you bought is a bumper to bumper not the powertrain you have 10 yrs 100k miles warranty on powertrain..now the bumper to bumper warranty that you got its an optional you can cancel it anytime you want,if you dont like it just cancel it....and i will help you out if you can just send me a letter stating that you want to cancel your bumper to bumper warranty and i will take care of it...

If you have any question pls dont hesitate to call me i will be at the dealership today until 5pm

PS. If anybody has issue with anything with SC mitsubishi pls let me know right away so i can resolved it as fast as i can coz i work directly with the owner so i can resolved it faster that anybody else...dont hesitate to give me a call..
