Question for you who have bought a used evo. Does anybody know anything about Autostrada Motors at 235 W 500 S in SLC? They always have cars that I'm looking for EVO's (also WRX, SRT4s...).
I had a bad experience buying a Civic last summer at a used car dealership. Wanted to see if anyone has had experience working with Autostrada Motors.
Where are recommended dealerships to buy used EVO's and sporty cars from?

Thanks,
Chris

Autostrada seems like a good dealer, we looked there when we were looking for a car for my sister.

RC Automotive was EXCELLENT, especially as far as used dealers go and they're the same caliber dealer as far as cars they typically carry.

Have you gone and looked at the RS (the one at Autostrada)?

Have not looked at the RS, but that is the one that peaked my attention to them once again.
RC Automotive, I've heard of them.

The BBB didn't have anything on Autostrada. That's good I guess.
Thanks for the input. Did you buy your evo or porsche from RC Automotive? OK, I'm remembering back, I looked at a Civic that was traded in at RC last summer. I talked with the owners son, nice guys and into cars. I know they had an Evo they were going to race at Miller. Can't remember all the details. I do remember they were good to me.

BBB isn't that great of a source unless its a larger company, people are usually too lazy to report on small companies. Sorry to burst your bubble

Anyway, yeah, that's Chris, he's the co-owner, and a great guy. I bought the Porsche, traded in the Evo. The owner drove the Porsche around a few times, he was sad to see it go

Funny thing is that I thought the owners of the larger dealers would be asshats or something, but Dave Strong is a pretty cool guy, he was at the Audi Le Mans release thing on Thursday night.

True on smaller companies not being in bbb unless they really suck, which is like First Class cars, where I bought the '98 Civic LX I'm driving right now. I was sick of looking. I def want to be more picky and savvy buying my next car. I wish I could just buy a brand new car and not have to deal with used. Oh well, not in the cards for now.
Thanks

Answer phones, deal with problems, babysit, anything with pc's & networking, do everyones time cards and driver paperwork for about 30 or some part time along with full time employees, payroll stuff, internet, think about evo's, think about girls lol no seriously though I do have alot of stuff I have to do daily. The first thing is go thru all the previous days credit cards & bookings to see what might've been missed

No you don't, buying new is stupid. I would only buy new if I HAD to, which, a lot of times, you do. But I'd much rather buy a car that has already dropped its initial drop... Or even better, dropped most of its life-time drop
