It rained here in Vegas this morning pretty damn good there was huge puddles everywhere and it's stopped raining but way humid out now
I got some good progress done today but I need a few things that are holding us up...if I had these things then I'd be so close
serpentine belt
timing belt tensioner tool (can get away without having)
oil dipstick tube
gasket that goes in between thermostat housing and head (could make one)
if anyone could help me out with any of the above
the serpentine belt is just kinda cracked so while the motor is out of car might as well replace it. We are just getting the motor all together then we'll drop it in. We had to take some studs out of exhaust mani side of block because one was broke and 4 were missing.

If you just go buy some threaded rod, about 15", and I think it's M8X1.25, that's basically the same. I did that, and bought a few nuts to fit, put two on the end and it worked like a charm when I did my cams.

you douchemy ****ing shoulder is killing me I don't know if it's from working on the car or punching that one bag game thing at the bar saturday night
There was a guy 3 times my size I was giving **** to punch it with me and I was pwning his score very badly haha he quit playing after a few dollars and I'm the skinny guy with a ****ed up shoulder....so that's prob why it hurts Heading back down today the only lil thing I'm thinking about that I hope isn't a pain in the *** is getting the cams all setup right because I've got adj cam gears but it should be alright. And the small hole in gas tank we are going to use quick steel on it but I really would like to snag a gas tank from someone...should be dropping motor in the car tonight
