pretty well, i ended up having to stop early though because we all had to split. got the crank, all the bearings, the main studs, and girdle installed. also put together a piston and rod combo so that i could measure deck clearance and such. this thing is also going to get a heat coating treatment for the piston crowns and then teflon coated skirts are in the works as well. this is pretty exciting again to me. lol i had to stop myself multiple times from rushing because of my excitement.

 

So its true that jason is pretty much one crazy bad*ss guy who has some awesome ideas.

Jason we will have to get together this week about the exhaust and porting my turbo and a few other things. You may just become my new money pit lol.

Bj, thanks for lookin at the car with me today even though we didnt get a ton done on it it was still a fin day and your wife got her VW.

Also BJ I know you talked about my thottle pipe being restrictive so I think I am going to order this this week.

This is the team rev gto that seemingly annoys everyone it can in Ogden. He tried to drift right after i did and he slammed a curb. this snapping the axle shaft and sending his tire rolling like a champ. So glad this happened now I wont have to deal with him for awhile.

Ya I haven't really heard back from the guy. He said he was busy last week and would get back with me and hasn't yet. So not sure how serious he is now. O well I am picking up a few things to get going on the car none the less

jaremy, im really glad you and bobby came and helped out. i really appreciated it and so did Kari. now that we are a part of the vdub fam ill be bumping ideas off ya. that throttle pipe would be a nice addition really. looks a lot better than that stock piece. man i could make that pipe better than vw did. lol oh and thank god you posted those pics of that fagget GTO. some are nice but that one deserves to look like that. i wonder how long it will take him to fix that **** and be back on the road harrassing us all.

dallin, thanks man. wait until you see the results of the new motor im building. Jason is "blessing" the heads and hooked the intake manifolds up soooo hardcore. once the pistons are coated ill be one more step closer to NA bliss!
