The gt35r is basically a gt-40 56 trim compressor wheel. It maxes out at 63 pounds per minute. The 775 that they claim on their website would be brake hp, or hp measured at the crank. It would take roughly 700hp at the crank to make 600 to the wheels. The turbo they have been using to make over 700 whp will flow 75 pounds per minute.

Thats about what I thought. The black Evo in Florida is making ~600whp at 30psi, and its been estimated to be about 650whp at 35psi, so I guess that would mean ~775hp to the crank. Are they running the same turbo on their car (whatever the specs, the 10.11 sec. pass one) as the customer cars, or is that some other setup?

Oh, and one more question for anyone in general:

I'm putting a boost gauge in my car (yep, its an Autometer Sport-Comp). The tubing they gave me looks like a pain in the ***, so I'm thinking some plain black rubber tubing. Does anyone know if this streches too much to use for a boost gauge, and if not, what size I.D. is good?

I'm not 100% sure what turbo they ran on their 10.11 sec pass. I'm pretty sure that they weren't running the gt-35r when they dynoed 700+whp. The gt-35r is maxed out to make 650 to the wheels. They could have broken 700 with a shot of Nitrous though. The turbo Martin has mentioned on Nabr is a capable of 750whp, and would be a lot of fun on a built motor. So to be completely honest i'm not 100% sure what turbo they are running currently. I know that they've had the larger turbo on their car, and I think they may release it as a step up from the gt-35r. The setup is the same as far as the manifold and wastegate setup goes.

Well, I just got done tuning my car in the rain!! It seems to be working pretty good at 1.1 bar and pump gas. The AEM is a lot of fun to tune with, it's very easy to be precise and make changes that help instantaniously.

Just a note, all of you who are looking for parts for your cars you should definatley take advantage of the local guys here at Rally Sport Direct. My wideband went south on me, and not only did Ben tell me he'd take care of it, he also gave me his personal wideband to use while I was in need. Service doesn't get any better than that!!! Thanks again Ben

Ben

P.S Zach what time were you running sotck turbo with cams??
i ran a 13.0 @ 106 or so but seth & brandon both have ran like 12.70's to 12.80's on their stockers so that is probably more realistic. my clutch was not really holding up for the launches back then so i'm sure high 12's would have been done.
