when you change cams it should not change the timing @ all... what they do is hold the valve open longer for more air to be in the explosion. run a couple psi less because you will move the same amount of air @ a lower boost level... from 5k to 7k is where you start moving tons more air than before so it's hard to say what to do if your smart you don't need a retune but if your not retune it. technically the ecu should supply equal fuel for the more air your seeing... hope that made sense i'm just rambling on.

Well I just got my car back. I have sold the 5-zigens and am running stock wheels.

I am going to purchase a set of Prodrive GC-06F in Bronze or British Black for next summer(getting a great deal on them)

After I do my swap in the suby I would like to start buying parts to upgrade the turbo in my car. Thinking about doing a Greddy T67 kit(if they will hook me up) Or building my own turbo kit with a custom Garrett turbo. I would like to be at low 12s high 11s. OH and I will also need a clutch

Also I will start to get my car ready for the track. My put in a seat, harness bar, and steering wheel

But all of this is just in my head I am sure it will change on how much money i get kicking around.

Ben

I will be going snowboarding...

So... Putting snow tires on (did that...)
Ski-rack... not for awhile
And then I am going to need my 30,000 mile work done around the middle of winter, so that too.
And my pads may need replacing before the end of winter, but that's doubtful
That's it for me, probably.

I would like a set of cams and a UTEC, but I doubt those will be coming my way.

I have some new suspension pieces to put in this week then no real plans except some r-compounds for autox and track days next year.

Rob, sorry I missed you at SEMA on Thursday. Both days went by in a flash and I did not even get to see everything I wanted to.

I'm looking at 272/272 HKS cams, AEM EMS w/ sensors, and new clutch. That should hold me through next year. Looking for mid-12's and/or around 110mph.

Did you take your ski pass from last year in to convert it for 2005/06 season? Me neither.

My winter list for this year is ...
- Decide whether to continue with RA1s for track or give 710s a try
- Will run more tire this year with 245 fronts, 275 rears.
- Revalve Konis and get new springs
- BUAW (Big Ugly *** Wing)
- FAL 240 to help with cooling

Wish list that I'm considering:
- CF hardtop (remove the softop, frame & motor to save net 30 lbs)
- Vented CF hood (help with cooling)
- DEFI heads up display to replace existing gauges (oil temp & pressure) plus add coolant temp sender
- CF trunk (save hassle of removing OEM spoiler for install of BUAW on OEM trunck)
- Data acquisition (AIM MxL Pro though I like segment time breakdown possible with G2X)

I'll take all of those please.

I'm looking at IC pipes, and a small battery
Gutting all the sound material inside
I tried removing the bumper beams last week, but didn't feel safe... so more to come on that
Some stainless steel brake lines
And who knows what else

Also, I will be stealing my dad's old DEFI gauges if he gets the HUD. Just thought I'd add that.

Hmmm .... where will you get the cash to pay me for the gauges? You'll also need to save some cash to buy senders for each of the gauges as I'll need to keep mine for the HUD.
