Utah Evos
So does anyone other than Adam want my Enkei NTO3+Ms? They were used for one track weekend. I haven't heard back from Adam for over two weeks.
And I don't want to sell my Evo, I'd love to keep it and turn it into a track car... I just don't have that kind of money, so in order to get out of the Evo and into a different car I have to sell it.

Had anyone else said that Brandon I would've had to kick them in the nuts. But you, I know, are being sarcastic. Its fast, and can dominate on the track... But that's about it, and isn't very important for day to day life... Plus, I can dominate regardless
And Adam, you have a reply.
Jk. They are pretty decent though. Any car in street form that can keep up and/or dominate most poorly driven cars at the track (corvettes, porshes, bla bla ba) is pretty cool. Plus, you need very little to get them speeded up in a hurry.
And it seems it will never happen again.
So I am in the middle of a major debate inside of myself and with my wife and friends...
I own a 2006 Evo MR that is near stock. I have previously owned a R32 GTR and R33 GTR. The R33 I owned for all of 2 days.
I have the chance to pick up in a trade + cash a non-motorex'd 97 Vspec with 52k KM, in really good shape with some tasteful mods. The car is very, very clean cosmetically on the outside and inside.
The owner told me that he had Garrett re-build the turbos because of some bearing noises he heard. I think the seals might have been going out too.
The car is not titled or registered currently. I can probably get it titled and registered without any major problems, would just take a few months. T
So here's the debate, do I come back to the darkside and get rid of my near-new Evo that has a factory warranty and that I have a complete maintenance history on, for a 10 year old R33 with potentially questionable history?
My wife and certain friends think I'm crazy for even thinking about it. Others are strongly encouraging me to go for it.
I'm thinking about asking the owner to have a Nissan dealer do a compression and leakdown test on the car, and general used car inspection. I found out after I sold my R33 to Seth that it had low compression in one of the cylinders, unbeknownst to me, even though it had really low KM also.
Part of me worries about coming back to living in the grey with a car and always having to look over my shoulder owning a non-federalized R33.
However, another big part of me wants to do this so that I'm not just part of the crowd any more in which practically everyone now owns Evo's. I remember how I felt like a rockstar when I had my R32.
thoughts?
