After I got my Evo it started throwing the P0777 code... Took it to Autozone, turned out it was the "I wanna be a Porsche" code. Haven't gotten the code since August though... Okay, seriously, I was really glad mine never through any serious codes, I had a few camshaft/crankshaft position sensor that threw randomly for no apparent reason (seemed to be after the engine bay got a lot of water in it [ala carwash]) but it hadn't happened for like a year before I sold it.

And no problem mountain turbo, that road is just nice cuz its pretty flat, smooth, there's those hotels you can park in to mess around with stuff, and the speed limit is 75.

 

Hey man I saw you today (Tuesday) up on State St in Orem around 530 or 600 pm. You were turning off of 1600 S on to State headin northbound. I couldn't catch you, I was stuck at the light!!! Just wanted to say, I love your car! It looks good! Really cool to see a IV rollin! I scared my wife when I started yellin out of nowhere, "HEY HEY, LOOK, LOOK AT THAT CAR!!!"

 

What EGT is it? Most of them use a 1/8th NPT thread typically 27pitch. Use a 5/16 bit to drill it will if it's that size.

I found the bolt that I took out of the cracked mani where its tapped now and just gave that to them and said this size lol I told them in the begging it was probably 1/8th thanks for the pitch I can't wait to get the stock mani back

Nah, just come out. Autox is a great place for beginners. They space the cars out so you will not end up near anyone, really. You have to start somewhere, the sooner the better.

Uhh, autox is not racing. Its more of a time trial. I wouldn't worry about holding up Joe (turbo nsx). He is very fast on the road course (on par with a properly setup street evo), but in those tight corners of an autox, and expecially in the wet, you will be just as fast or faster in an evo.

 

My white Evo made 377 hp on a 9 turbo and meth with a nice safe tune. Just remember Riley that meth is not legal in autox so if you get it you will have to be able to switch maps and you could have problems at national events if your tank is not empty.

If you looked like a 15-yr-old driving around in a Porsche you'd learn to ignore people too... And I probably didn't even notice it was you honking at me (seriously, who honks at a Porsche anyway? WE do all the honking!)

Either that, or my music was on so loud I couldn't hear you honk anyway, I can barely hear sirens from a distance most of the time.

I don't know how many pull-ups I can do, but I've gained 5 pounds of muscle the past few months or so. I weigh a whopping 115 lbs now! I'll try some pull-ups tonight if I go to the gym.
