But joe said he does good work so that's good. Do any of you guys have a shep racing tranny or transfer case???

My buddy has the whole shep trans t.case setup and it is *****en!!! I'm getting it at soon as I can. Is Karl the RX-7.com guy? If it is, he is real good. He has worked on my car before, does good work.

 

yeah, it's the rx7 guy, i hear he's real good. yeah, so the whole shep t case and tranny, how does it work? you send them your current good tranny and t case and they make it strong enough to do high rpm launches? custom gear ratios i'd assume too?

 

No, everyone with an Evo gets a post-it note (So Dallin is safe cuz he has a Mirage, I'm safe, Zach is safe, and John is safe... we're all the Utah members that still post that don't have Evos, unless I missed someone)

I believe they do rebuild yours. Different stages you can go. On the trans, and t-case. You can setup your own gear ratio if you like. High rpm launches, no lift shifts, basically whatever you can do to it, it can take it. Email them, they are very good at communicating. I believe buschur, ams, and even 'hey bro' from dynoflash have a shep trans setup.

Correct. Just keep it mashed, mash the clutch, yank the gear, and off you go!
