On a side note, Cyanide, the reflashed ecu that you have on ebay, is that the ecu that is fixed now with current flash?
Yes. The listing ended so I relisted it. Here's the new listing:

Lol yes they are both on. Hackish forgot to get rid of the CEL for having no cat. I have the thing to trick it, but since its been so cold outside I haven't felt like putting it on. I'll get it on in the spring time.

And the SRS light, its because I painted my dash trim red. And I didn't know I should unplug my battery before removing all of that. So I don't feel like getting Mitsu to reset that stupid light.

So...

Nobody placed any bids, even for it being at $200. Anyways, I finally have a potential buyer, pending on dyno results.

I'll be running the ecu again next Monday. The buyer lives about an hour away from me, so we'll meet halfway to install the ecu and run it all the way to the dyno to ensure proper learning (normal driving, no racing). It will be a half an hour drive, and 25 to 30 miles, which I believe is enough as per Hackish and Brent's previous recommendations.

From what the buyer tells me, the car only has CAI, UDP, RRM header, 2.5 piping on stock muffler, no cat, running 93 octane. Basically stock with bolt-ons, no engine work, no sensor modding.

I'll shoot video while on the dyno, post results and dyno graphs. If everything is fixed, as it's been said here, then there should be no problems. I know the results will speak for themselves.

Until then...

Does the buyer have prior dyno runs?

I'm guessing he does because he told me he just wanted to straighten the afr curve, so it must mean he did. I'll ask again.

The ECUs are swappable, so I see no reason why it wouldn't work for you.

Oh I wasn't sure, his posting said only for 04-05. I was also unsure, if it didn't work, would Hackish charge me full price to get the issue fixed since it was bought second hand?
If not, I might be interested. Hackish will Cyanide's flashed ECU work with my 06?

And I mean the new one that you are trying to sell to see if all the kinks were worked out. I'm interested but I have an 06 so I want to figure out if it work and if theres problems how i'd go about getting them fixed. Oh and I have a SRI, Catback exhaust, Endeavor Throttle Body, and an UDP.

Hackish had said many times the 06 ecu will not work in the 04-05. BUT I purchased and 06 ecu for dirt cheap. Plugged it into my 05 and guess what. Worked perfectly.

From what I remember the 06 has a slight difference in the ecu programming, compared to the 04-05. Hackish mentioned this before anyhow just ask hackish himself ...

Thats the only reason i didnt bid on it, otherwise i would have bought it. I think i remember hackish saying the 04-05 ecu wouldnt work on an 06.

The '06 ECU is specific to that car. It won't work on a '05 or earlier and an earlier ecu won't work on a later car. The reason is that the '06 uses CAN for some of the components - such as the speedo, 4 way flashers etc.

The first person that ever came trying to buy mine had an '06 with an '05 JDM bumper. I plugged it in, the car started, but there was no throttle control and the idle was bouncing roughly.
