Ralliart Lancer vs. (insert model) [MERGED]
i drove the tc and wasn't really impressed. i liked it cause it wasn't very popular yet, but now they are growing. i'm a big fan of the exterior styling, but the interior looked really cheap to me. also, the salesman that rode with me told me i could drive it like i wanted to...so i did, and walked away with mild impressions. there didn't seem to be enough torque and the shifts seemed long. just my $0.02.
oh! the cool thing was it has reclineable rear seats.

the TDR supercharger isnt really cost-effective. could get much more car for the price. also like 4 doors. i do have a life that depends on my moving some stuff occsionally =) havnt gotten to drive/ride in one yet, so i cant comment on the feel. i have no regrets about the RA
My friend owns a TC. In my opinion it is an okay car. The Tc isnt wow but for its price its okay. The bad things about this car is that when you sit in the back there is no cushon for your butt. The cars interior does look cheap and is cheap. And i really wouldnt want a car with a aluminum frame. The good thing about a TC is companies are already starting to make tons of parts for this car. Ive seen about 6 of them where i live versus about 1 RA.
some peeps like it coz its new and difrent.. but now.. everytime i see its brother "the boxy car" it just doesnt work for me.. lol.. it looks kinda cool..when u 1st see it.. but after seeing alot of peeps having it in such a short period of time..make me shoo away from it! yuck! haha.. i like the RA alot better..hands down.. both looks and functionality..and besides.. its mitsu! hehhe.. just my 0.2!
In all honesty, I would have chosen the Tc over the ralliart for a few different reasons. 1) its a toyota, toyotas hold their value VERY well 2) Dealer installed options are pretty nice 3) more fashionable layout
But im still happy with that i got

I like the plethora of factory-installed performance options for the Tc. You can get intakes, rims, springs, body kits, everything right from the dealer. Sure, they mark it up, but what dealer doesn't. And it sure beats the accessories we're offered from Mitsu.
Also, the sound dampening they added to the Tc gives it an edge also in the audio department. Damn Mitsu for not helping us out there.
But if I had to make the choice, I'd probably pick the RA. Just a more fun car. It'd be close though.
