The RA is underrated, simple as that.

Except that makes no sense considering the performance numbers, it performs just as it should.

Whoops. Reading > me

Just because its "underrated" doesnt mean its going to be godly fast. My old civic could have been rated at 125 hp, yet put down 120whp and it still would have been considered underrated.

The numbers that aren't "up to par" are the 0-60 times, the 0-100 times and the 1/4 mile times, they make sense in light of the listed power and the listed weight but if the Ralliart is indeed underrated, they seem anemic.

The numbers seem right to me.

Just because you dyno at 120 WHP doesn't mean the car is underrated. As far as we know, that dyno reads high. Too many people think that a high dyno number means the car is underrated or a low number means the dyno is broken. Some lancer people put down 110-120 WHP stock yet the car makes 120 HP at the crank. Of course they claim the car is underrated or they gained 10 HP with their intake and catback exhaust but they're wrong. When you compare the numbers to another car on the same dyno *gasp*, they fit.

Yeah the stock numbers fit the performance. What I find strange is that the car is pushing 19 PSI yet it only makes 237 HP.

Ya, its gotta be the stock tune holding it back, should be in the 260s at least.

I don't know if that makes sense either. It may running a bit rich but it looks like the boost comes on so early (3200ish) that it basically falls flat on its face by the time redline approaches. 19 PSI at 3200 RPM is pretty crazy.

cool.
i only know of the 08 Ridgeline and from what I seen, it's terrible on gas.

But he has only owned it for 7 months.
Still, tho he should be getting at least equal to your 06 or better.
But he doesn't. He gets those numbers and + in the highway and I managed to see 24mpg.

That still doesn't negate the fact that 21-22city for the R/A isn't good.
Given the weight it's draggin.
I mean it is the heaviest car in it's class.
It will def benefit in fuel from a tune.

well.
actually the boost comes at around 22-2300.
In truth you can almost hear the spool as soon as you take off.

Look at where the boost peaks, it's at around 3200 RPM.

That's about where I start to spool too. I hit full boost at around the same point as well.
