How could we have been so blind, of course, it's his pure heart of gold, his undying desire to better his fellow man. That's why he jumps from thread to thread, forum to forum, causing disputes.

Rich
Real facts and data are not "interwebz bs". If the topic is comparing car X to car Y, it seems appropriate to use real data relevant to that comparison. It doesn't help someone get the most of their vehicle to lie to them, which is, unfortunately, what happens on virtually any car forum. That is what I have a problem with; people spreading information that is patently false. Yes you can say "well, just ignore it" but that solves nothing. To this day, BS that was said back in 2003-2006 is still being quoted as the truth despite multiple lines of evidence dismissing it. Misinformation cannot be addressed by staying silent.

I agree that they are expensive in Australia. There wasn't much to the review. It was more like an overview of the car.

Once again, more personal attacks. That quote is from a friend in TBR. Funny how you called me a troll for apparently taking things out of context .

Right. The numbers, they are your bible, as well as your internet friends' comments.

Uh huh. So let me get this straight. You would rather have people use no data, no facts, no evidence to address a question. You would rather rely on the personal and highly subjective opinions of people on an online forum, that cannot be assessed for accuracy or validity, than the non-biased results of independent tests. Is that what you're saying? Yes I use facts and data in my posts, it's a nasty habit I picked up from science papers and legal cases .

Right. So let me get this straight. You would rather rely everything on data, numbers. You would decide a superior car purely based on quarter mile times and skid pad. It's idiots like you that ruin car forums, short sighted people that look no deeper than the skin of the automotive world. Good luck to you, expert.

BTW if you took your time reading rather than writing up 13000 useless posts, you would be recognized as less of an idiot. Just my 2 cents.

Oh more personal attacks, very logical.

Find one post where I said the WRX was a superior car to the Ralliart. In fact, you will find I said repeatedly that people need to drive both and decide for themselves. I said, repeatedly, that deciding between the two boils down to personal preference. Of course some people here cannot see past their own hood and immediately assume that saying "the WRX is the better performer" is the same as saying the WRX is the better car or alternatively, that the Ralliart is inferior. Of course it's people like me that are ruining car forums, what with our neutral posts and desire to use facts and data rather than opinions . No, car forums are much better served by dogma and fanboys.

Oh man, you just typed the same thing 20 times in a single thread, still not realizing where you were wrong. Keep repeating yourself.

Care to expand on that or will you just leave it at nothing?

So which is it? You're all over the map in this thread.

Where are you getting these drivetrain loss numbers? Pulling them out of a hat?

Again, where are these numbers coming from? You're spouting drivetrain loss numbers but you haven't provided any information to back them up.
So where exactly in these posts did I say that the WRX was the superior car? I said it was the better performer. That's no different than stating the price of the two vehicles or saying the Ralliart weighs more than the WRX. I provided 3 separate sources showing that the WRX is the better performer and I have said multiple times now that that does not mean the WRX is the better overall package.

Continue to construct a strawman argument however, it is quite funny to watch you two argue against statements I did not make .

Yep, more personal attacks, definitely what this forum needs. How could I be so blind? Facts and data are stupid, personal attacks and hearsay are where it's at.

Right, so you are saying you, stating everything positive about the WRX while saying everything negative there is about the RA, has a neutral stance on both cars because you clearly did not say the WRX is a better car. Why don't you tell your guardian that she is ugly and fat but you love her on mother's day?
