Ahem!!!! What about us over here in the West? Our cars are in "transit" - which could mean anything.

Its similar to the football. How brisbane and sydney get salary cap exceptions they also get their new evo's first. This favoritism to the northen folk has to stop.

well W.A. actually means Wait Awhile - it's always the way. You get used to it. It's just something you spoilt brats over there in MCG land have to stomach every now and then Hhahahhaaaaa

But yes, we want our EVOS!

Same dealer as you and i went yellow, white and red/silver as my preferences.

For anyone who gives a toss; http://www.eclipse-web.com/products/cd/cd3424.htm

Tried to match the exact one from the pics in the herald sun and non look the exact same. But in general they are all similar'ish.

Unless you are picking your Evo up without the tracker, you will not be getting it this week.

This includes you Rmm Rmm and 300477.

Nothshore Mitsu in Sydney already has 3 cars in stock, and mine is expected tomorrow or wednesday, but the alarm components are two weeks away according to the Dealer Principal, who I spoke to about a half hour ago.

Haven't seen the first one, but i've seen the second one. It's awkward watching Ed there almost pleading 'please consider'.

I think the alarm and trackers are all hooked up. When you say the alarm is being sorted, do you mean the installation or the commencement of the monitoring. I would think it is the latter....

They are still waiting on parts from Japan, rjhug1. I have that straight from Intellitrac.

The parts in question are the wiring harnesses that allow them to hook up the alarm to the car's plugs without having to splice messily into the wires.

None of the cars have alarms in them yet bar the test mule @ Intellitrac.

btw, they do not monitor your car constantly, it's only if it's started illegally and the alarm contacts Intellitrac via satellite or SMS, or if you request Intellitrac to track it if you find it missing. That second situation costs you about about $85.

Don't shoot the messenger, but thats da facts.

Satellite will work anytime, anyplace. Thats the whole concept in retrieving signals via space. Unless you live in an insulated cave like some of you WA folks do
