After install I took a quick spin on the 91 octane map just to see how she runs. I turned on the live data monitoring and it reached a knock count of 3. I did not log it though.

To make sure i get this right. To get a good data log you need to do a 3rd gear pull to about red line? Same for 4th gear?

My only issue is I don't really have a road I can safely do a 4th gear pull out where I live. Will 3rd gear be good enough to get logging info to analyze?

Do not use octane booster additives. You can try a 93 map, just watch for knock.
I think he meant to say he tried to use Accessory (Acc) position instead of ignition to save power. I tried that, too, just in case it works. It doesn't

3rd gear will do - 2k to 7k pull

3 count of knock is ok. pull a WOT log and post it here.

Im running a ETS intake with no re-tune, AFR at WOT is still around 10.1-10.5, spikes at 25psi, pulls at 20-22lbs, tapers off to 13-14lbs. Still looking at the AP, but by the looks of it I would have to tune it anyway, might as well go open source. I guess my question is, is anyone running an intake at sea level with a stage 1 AP? Have to tweak it at all??

3 counts of RANDOM knock is ok. if its 3 consecutive counts of knock in the same place it may not be ok.

looking at the dyno graphs and obviously they have an access to many 11 GSRs so that is not the problem..

And this is the only time I am seeing them to release a map in more than one year

Well if he's sick of it, he can get the maps released, so he'd be no more sick of it.

of course I will complain, I paid $600 for a device that only comes with a beta map on it. Whereas all the other cars and models get it with all the possible maps designed for it(including aftermarket intake and even panel filter specific maps). Another question: are you saying they don't pay that much attention and they don't care if you have another car because they release their maps sooner than 11 GSR?

I know I can always get the custom tune but that's not the point. I have been using Cobb's products for years and am happy with it but it never took them this long to come up with stage 2 maps.

I can understand that it might/should take longer than expected especially if the real reason is to make the ultimate-safest OTS tune but they can at least respond these posts and give an ETA or they can say "sorry guys no maps for 11s" so we wouldn't buy this in the first place and search for other options..

wow really?

I posted a Stage 1 map on a Stage 2 car, Ive said you can use the stage 1 map on stage 2 cars for now, but you still complain.

I will be making maps for the 2011 Cars. The primary reason for delays has been software and not mapping. I have a selection of maps that i will create once the software is where i want it o be for releasing maps. ETA? We don't do ETA's sorry. Ill do my best to have maps done asap.

Please realize that I also Co-manage the Socal Facility and do all the tuning of the cars there too.
I know people want 2011 stage 2 maps but MY mapping for them is different than 2008-10 so i cant just copy it over. I did not make 2008-10 and I dont use those maps at all.

here AGAIN is a 2011 stage1 map on a stage 2 car
This car has a BOV which causes the weird boost profile the stock BOV wont do that

Unless you are hitting boost cut on stage 1 maps on Stage 2 cars you will be fine, and if you do feel free to open ATR and raise boost cut for now

BakaUnchi, I thought you guys were done with the software issues once the beta was released in July; so there are still issues?

Anyhow, please keep us posted!
