I like, a 30r and a 2.3 block will be in my future at somepoint...

 

I found someone "Stinkapuss" who is almost 3mph faster, but he did it with a bigger 30 series, a 3065. Similar mods as Alfred's car but 280 cams. Still very, very impressive.

Thanks, I just got back from running today and trapped 127 again but with no traction in first. Trying to hit 10's with the stock suspension and stock tires just seems out of reach for me.

 

How is the spool with the 3065, I am big into autox and spool is important to me there but a 127 trap is awesome...

I already sold my whole kit. Selling that AMS kit felt sooo wierd, because it worked perfectly. Usually I live by the motto "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." However, I really believe in the new Tuning Technologies kit and I love how stealth it is. We'll see soon enough it it was a smart decision on my part.

 

My evo went 10.98 @ 128 and 10.99 @ 128.89 on the FP3065 on C16 tuned by Tym Switzer with 280 cams.

 

Wow. I saw your thread and thought you must have been running a 35r. These 3065s are no joke. Looks like they make considerable more power than the 3076. Can anyone post up a link to some dyno charts of the 3065. Specifcally, I'd like to compare their spool to both the 3076 and the 35R that AMS/Precision sells with the .63 hotside.
