what other mods u got? maybe the intake needs to be scaled in?

low trim is within 5%, mid trim is -9%, but have a problem with evoscan not updating it when logging, but I downloaded evoscan 2.8, will try again today.

Intake is stock piping with a fujita filter.
Other mods:
S2 cams
evo ix turbo
TBE
ID1000's
ETS FMIC

I checked for boost leaks. No leaks. Maf scaling is stock. Map values for afr are 7.4 between 4000 and 6000 rpm. Car could not get richer then 12.8. After 6000 it goes richer.

Fuel pump issue possibly. The last ID1000 car I did scaling was 790 so it should be in the ball park.

It was an SD car so latencies dont always jive, here are the ones I had FWIW-

3.312
2.112
1.776
1.152
0.864
0.504
0.384

I reckon get your trims in check a bit more.. -/+ 5% is ok....

I checked fuel trims low again, they were now within 1%, but fuel trim mid was at -12.5% and never changed during a 20 min drive. I then tried these settings that I also found in the injector latency merged topic:

Scaling 812

3.816
3.144
1.944
1.392
0.984
0.72
0.504

Now I did another 20 min cruise. And at the end finally I saw a value changing for mid trims. It changed from -12.5 to -8.59. I also tested my low trims these went from within 1% to 4.6%.

I think I will try both low and mid trims to cycle a few more time to see where it will go.

Does anyone have scaling/latencies for Deatchwerks 1600cc injectors? I'm trying to help a local guy out that needs to get emissions tested and go back on stock ECU from AEM setup. He's currently on pump 93 which should make things interesting, not even sure these things will idle on stock ECU. Let me know if you guys have any suggestions; only other option I told him we could do is to swap back to stock injectors for emissions/ODB-II scan.

PTE = Precision

I have (what most likely will be a dumb) question/'s...

Are PTE and Precision inj's. the same???

I have a buddy (evo IX) that wants me to set up a dual map w/ e-85, precision 1200's, but havent found anything for these inj. (yes I have searched)... I have found a few scaling/latencies for "PTE 1200's"... Which is why Im asking my question...

heres what Ive found for the PTE's:
(pump gas)
JB's scaling 1044
3.312
2.184
2.088
1.296
0.792
0.72
0.48

E85 Scaling- 680
the same as above except
11.72- 1.344
14.06- .864 (based on his RC 1200's)

scaling 886
3.192
2.208
1.512
1.056
0.696
0.504
0.288

(e-85)

Scaling 750 / 770
5.280
3.000
1.776
1.152
.864
.528
.312

Im thinkin I'll start w/ JB's scaling/latencies as my starting point.?.?.

TIA

Hi guys,

Can someone help me with injector scaling on E85 for Sard 800cc (LATENCY" for Sard 800c/min injecors is 1.6ms)....

I assume that E85 will have a scaling with 30% lower than Gasoline....

Thanks

Hi mate,

I have bought those injectors for pump gas use but we face a urgent issue and I want to install them on a GruppeN evo 9 (without 33mm restrictor)....

With 33mm restrictor..... E85 can be used without any problem since the cars are not running more than 5500 RPM`s.....

I need a starting point for those 800cc injectors if possible.....(latency for gasoline and E85).

I found the scaling for 780cc injectors on pump gas.....thanks to Jon...
Maybe this can be close for 800cc scaling....

Now I look for E85 scaling

Regards

Anyone have the settings for FIC 2150 (high Z). Obviously the resistor pack has been removed.

Thanks in advance
