When it comes to timing in my write up, please keep in mind that I am using very poor CA 91 octane gas. With 93 octane gas, you can run more timing advance, more boost and a leaner AFR.

Beat me to it . The AFR calculation is nice Naji I didn't think about it like that before I was just averaging it out in my head.

If 15.2 is the best AFR for gas mileage then,

Can the 4g63 operate effectively at the AFR for cruising?

Can we somehow make the ecu target 15.2 instead of 14.7 during closed loop?

Yes...change the open loop load #2 from 2500-4000 to 45% and change the high octane map between 40-80load from 2500-4000 to 15.2-6 and check the afr's during cruise via wideband should be around 15.5. JohnBradley already posted this ^^^. HTH.

If anyone is running the zeitronix wideband, you can hook up the narrowband simulator wire to the front O2 sensor input at the ecu and you can change the stoich target AFR to anything you like. This is great because you aren't forcing the ecu to jump into open loop, its truly operating in closed loop which is the smarter way to go. Some run it richer at idle to smooth out cams and you can set it to 15.2AFR for better mileage. Works like a charm too.
