How To Tune an Evo
When it comes to timing in my write up, please keep in mind that I am using very poor CA 91 octane gas. With 93 octane gas, you can run more timing advance, more boost and a leaner AFR.

Beat me to it
. The AFR calculation is nice Naji I didn't think about it like that before I was just averaging it out in my head.
If 15.2 is the best AFR for gas mileage then,
Can the 4g63 operate effectively at the AFR for cruising?
Can we somehow make the ecu target 15.2 instead of 14.7 during closed loop?

Yes...change the open loop load #2 from 2500-4000 to 45% and change the high octane map between 40-80load from 2500-4000 to 15.2-6 and check the afr's during cruise via wideband should be around 15.5. JohnBradley already posted this ^^^. HTH.
No problem, post #12 and beyond is what I speak of, credit to JohnBradley..
