I concur, with mixed timing map numbers you're going to get very inconsistent timing values.

so instead of 4,5,6,7,8
it might be 4,5,4,5,6

Good to have just two timing and no intake cam maps, makes things more easy lol

It's hard to tell though without seeing respective logs for bigrics car. Obviously making some decent output, but needing 22ۨ advance at 6500 RPM for more power just indicates something else is equaly excessive, i.e. AFR, intake valve advance, boost taper, excessive amounts of water-methanol. Something is slowing the combustion there but if it works for him - great.

Well once you through meth/alchy injection into the mix you almost have to advance timing or at a minimum run super lean. Many variables will change with inj simply due to nozzle size, pump pressure, flow rate, nozzle location, boost level, ect.....

I don't agree with the 'super lean' part with injection but everybody has their different ways...

I went to the track today with my EVO9. Managed to run an 11.97@116mph. I attached a jpg of the top 3 passes. Very hard to get a good launch. I either wheel hopped or had to launch without the stutterbox. The only reason I managed to run an 11 is because I upped my rev limiter to 8000rpm. The best I could get at the 7800rpm limit was a 114.

nice runs, I'd say you're making more than 350awhp if that's a full weight car going 116mph..it would be more like 400awhp

nice jeff... did you log any of the passes ? you probably could of ran a few more degrees up top i bet on the 110 map. Do you have an EGT gauge ? i bet you were probably around 1250* depending on how much you leaned her out
