your computer's rom file/hard drive area where rom file is is corrupt, your ecu's memory is corrupt, or you had a usb/com communication event/error.
you probably had the latter. just test write or read from the ecu and try again. verify/check/reseat your cable device and its pins too. also, start from scratch with a newly downloaded rom file (if using Tephra's or the like).

Well, I've tried again - with the exact same results. I think I'm loosing my marbles! 
I can only get 96530006 to run if I completely disable the immobiliser. I've attached my updated XML and map.
Using scantech I get the following DTC info:
The map switching, valet mode, ICS linger work, but as before I have "slow flashing" as per fixem2

I'm currently tuning a IX with HFS 5 and Jamie's cable but I'm getting some strange results (88590015). I thought the alt map was for the meth tuning but when I increased duty there I got it when the meth kit is turned off (LED off on Jamie's cable). Do I have it backwards?
Tephra, how can I log which map it's running on other than comparing ignition timing / WG duty?

The problem I'm having is it's running the regular WGDC when the LED is on and the meth is spraying and running ALT WGDC when the DDS is off. I think it's also reversing the timing and fuel - go figure. Could you PM me your phone number and help me figure out what is going on? Thanks man, this is going to be the most awesome solution once I get it setup right but it's giving me fits right now and I can't figure it out.
*edit. I'm working up the 1.35 xml / map, as soon as the gf gets home I'll go out and try again and log it all. If I still have the same problem I'll make a new post and take pics, post screenshots / maps, xml's, etc.
