That table use IAT from MAF I believe, and typically that value will be higher than ambient temperature (sensor heat soaking, underhood heat, etc.). You should log IAT and see what the ECU sees as the intake temperature, not simply ambient temperature.

That is my conclusion based on observations after some efforts in tuning ECU-controlled direct boost on my EvoIX.

I'm assuming I should ignore the correct that this table applies as it works seamlessly in the background, setup the WGDC for my desired targets in each gear and go from there?

Only prob is the table states it should pull -1.0 at 15*C, at 6k the WGDC should be 73.5, however its logged at 79.
Its 5.5% WGDC higher for every point throughout the pull exactly.

edit: Appears to be defined in 90550701, however its like the WGDC table or something is incorrectly defined.

Check the scaling, there are two for injector, I use the "injector scaling + 10%" as this more accurately reflects the JDM injectors on the VII, just chose the one that you are most comfortable with and adjust form there if needed.

Just click "Edit map" and change the scaling to "Injector scaling"

Got the 96260009 V7 going last night, well Hamish sorted it mostly. I better not take the credit! Anyway, if anyone wants to increase the Baudrate from 15625 here's the code with new addresses:

<table name="BAUDRATE1_OBD" category="Other ECU Options" address="d4b5" type="1D" level="1" scaling="BAUDRATE"/>

<table name="BAUDRATE2_MUT" category="Other ECU Options" address="d4c3" type="1D" level="1" scaling="BAUDRATE"/>

<table name="BAUDRATE3_unknown" category="Other ECU Options" address="d4d3" type="1D" level="1" scaling="BAUDRATE"/>
Change baudrate2 to 62500, and likewise change to 62500 in Evoscan. Sorry if people already knew these addresses!

Also, to cut a long story short, turned out my xmls were old, so there's some up-to-date 96260009 and evo7base xml's available at http://www.evoscan.com/roms/mitsubishi/ if you need them.

i wonder if updating my evoscan roms will solve my logging issue too. i'll have to try that out. if you don't mind my ignorance, why increase baud rate? to log faster?

The GPS unit automatically tries both baudrates. My Evoscan GPS still works since the change.

criptballer - no worries, yeah increasing the baudrate will increase the sample rate. Depends on your laptop though. A laptop I was using at the time went from 100 to 130 samples a sec with the same stuff ticked in Evoscan. Hamish was surprised that it only increased by that much, so put it down to the laptop.

Is there possibility to change baudrate for the ROM 88580714 so that it can log with higher sample rate?

i believe this higher rate feature was examined by local gurus over here

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ec...-tested-4.html

and noone saw any major effect on samples. although i can find this one in 88580714 if you're willing to try, just let me know.

Same deal here. I'm happy to try find the addresses out of curiosity! Although, I'm new to this so no promises!

Just need the specific rom and I'm sure justastockevo or myself will figure some out.

Raptord - you can always try the xml snippet I posted up. If the Baudrate2_MUT table shows 15625 then it's likely to be correct. I doubt that the address is the same though.

I'm getting discouraged researching how to get V7 up and running on my car. I was told that since I'm running ROM ID 96940011, I need to DL the 96530006 XML.

What I don't get is what to do after that. Do i copy and paste the 9653006 XML into the 96940011 XML file under program files/open ecu/ rommetadata/ blah blah... or do I copy it into the 96530006 XML file?

And then what do I need to open in Ecu Flash to start changing my immobilizer and stuff?

Any links to tutorials or previously stated material would be great!
I'm even willing to donate to someone willing to school me on this personally.

Thanks guys.
