Sorted the J2534 error, Initially I got a P0462 Fuel level sensor circuit low input so I went on to the Periphery and disabled some of the Bit settings to 0 which cleared the Fuel level sensor issue but gave me the J2534 error but now I'm back with the fuel level sensor issue again after I corrected what gave me the J2534 error. Any Idea how I could disable the Fuel level input low issue.

 

Try loading the stock ACD map and see if that does anything.

 

ABS lights now gone and ACD seems fine, its the Fuel level low input CEL thats bugging now

does 96533706 (v7 + Live Map + Speed Density) support the JDM map sensor? i could not find any information on this.

i was looking into converting over to this from my 94170715 tephra v7 for live maps but i have the jdm map sensor installed and do not see any MAP Sensor "map test " tables. if anyone has a link or the xml to add i'd appreciate it!

OR can i implement live maps into 94170715?

 

It should the jdm map sensor is 3 bar iirc. I'm using an omni 4 bar. You would just need to update your formula to get to calculate correctly in evoscan.

 

the rom i'm coming from i had to put in all the correct stuff for the map sensor. but in this rom i do not see any map sensor tables.

i'm sorry if this has been answered, i just want everyone to know i have searched extensively before posting the question.
so apparently it is setup default with JDM sensor and xml is only changed if using another map sensor like GM or OMNI?

 

I hope I'm not confusing you but ya the 9653 Rom is a universal Evo 8 rom and no need to change the xml. The link I posted will show you the xml to add to evoscan. Good luck

Look under EGR Control, I think. Cancel that. I just looked. It's not in their. Mfred did a write up on the JDM sensor as well, looked there it's not in there. He is still active on the board, hit him up.

 

ok thank you! My 1.3 u cable is coming today. when i get done copying all my maps over i'll do a flash and log the map sensor to verify. i'll also double check my evoscan xml, which i'm pretty sure i added already.
