I think this tephra guy is a thief- he does not answer pm's and accepts people's money. Time after time I see people giving him money and he never responds.
Nah, he's cool. He has given plenty to this community for free. He started a little side hustle to try and recoup for all the time he dumped into the R&D and IMO its well deserved. AFAIK he is just one dude doing this on the side. Sometimes life happens and it take a little while for him to catch up. I'm not aware of anyone having to actually take actions to get their money back from him. I purchased a rom and got it within what I would consider a timely manner. Unless you have some first hand experience you wish to share, I would ask you not to slander people that have given mightily to this community.
I'm guessing that's by design. Try shooting him a PM here on the forum and see how that goes. Or you could just send a donation for V7 and if it doesn't have what you want, ask him for a refund.

So I wanted to Flash my Rom with the Tephra Mod! My Evo is an JDM 8 2003 Evo with the 93660005 ID, as I read the 96530706 is the good to go for my Evo 8?
So I wanted to ask if this is right what i did? I changed the Immo Hex (the left one is my Stock Map)
To get this to run I also need to change my Ignition and Fuel Tables right?
