Virtual Dyno - Standalone Software
I have a suggestion to make lol.
Can we get a little more resolution for the boost plot? Like more lines for each psi and how about make it go all the way across similar to dyno dynamics.
That or allow the you to point the cursor over the point of reference and have it display the power, tq, boost, AFR, and rpm for the point your looking at like AEM log does?

Ive had that idea and its just finding time to do it and the motivation. Im putting in a lot of time and I dont know how many people are using it and only 4 have donated. Maybe today is just my frustrated day
Just installed 1.6 and got this error. " value for column 'GraphicBackroundColor' in table graph DBNull. Could not load graph settings.
it still loads the logs, and graphs, and all...
Dont get discouraged man, the program is saaaweeet, getting better w/ each version, and Im sure there are a LOT of us using it, but just dont have the means to donate, at the moment... I just got layed off.
or I would have donated fa sho!
Keep up the GOOD WORK!!!

It was changed to be closer to what a mustang dyno reads ... I forgot to mention that in the release notes. If it doesnt match your local dyno remember there is a custom option you can use to put in a custom CF. Does that answer your question?
I'm pretty disappointed that you have only gotten 4 donations for such a awesome program... I'll send some money your way next week.
You have really helped speed up the tuning process for me.
Thanks brad!

Make it very easy for everyone to donate, i just found this randomly today on a search intended for a boost solenoid haha. I saw a link somewhere to donate however i wanted to wait and see if it would work for me. Got it working great with my aem logs and open ECU stuff BAM ready to donate but now can't find where to send the donation! (I'm sure i just overlooked it but if i did then i'm sure others may have missed it as well)
FYI i can't afford a huge donation but i would LOVE to show my support, I'm sure others will come around soon and help out. I know for a fact any one using this can afford at least 20 bucks towards a GREAT cause.
Thanks for putting so much work into the community!

Look like Im a 'day late' telling you the donate button is at the top fo the screen on the menu. Big yellow donate button. Also if you want to click a button from a website you can go HERE.
Thanks for the support and as long as its supported through people letting me know they find it useful and appreciate it ... Ill keep developing on it. I agree that 5, 10, 20$ is nothing when compared to a $30,000 car you are using a product on. I just think people are cheap, and dont understand what goes into a product like this. Ask JoT what is involved, he knows the time you have to put in it, ask Boosted_Tuning, and Mellon_Tuning ... they know. Ive personally put hundreds of hours in on this thing from start till now. If you can find a better deal thats free and is an honor based system for support, and has better service all in one package ... tell me and Ill quit developing on this, and sell my Evo (free hookers are excluded). You are not obligated to donate AT ALL. I guess I see it from a different light, in that Buschur racing isnt giving parts out and hoping people donate to them what you think their parts are worth. Without all the free software out there this community would be crap. I feel bad that colby at tactrix doesnt charge for his software, its WONDERFUL. I feel bad that I only paid 25$ for evoscan (hell thats cheap for that thing), its wonderful. Really guys we have it made and dont know it. This community is wonderful and I support all the free software makers out there and applaud them. We could have Chevys or Fords and pay for HPTuners(Look here for how much that costs) or some other garbage that we must pay per vehicle that we interface with, and we have less choice in what to use. This type of development is just unheard of in other communities. I guess my point is support all the free software makers, they work hard, they put in COUNTLESS hours that they could be spending watching TV instead, or working and making more to mod their cars but they are supporting the community instead. *My hats off* to all the hard work this community puts out.
Dang Im stepping down off my soapbox now.

^Well said Brad, well said. I'll donate in the name of Roger
Seriously, when i get time to start using this, I'll send some dough your way. I wold test it out at work during lunch, but......somehow i think that could end not good for me. ANd at the home, remodelling is kicking my ***.
It is easy for some to take for granted these slick tools that you and other enthusiasts put together. It does take a lot of time and devotion, I especially dont know how you manage it, with school and all. But keep it up man, you seem to be leading the pack into the world of virtual road simulator simulator applications. You even got global competition now

Dude you had to bring up that name didnt you? You of all people know what has had to go into this app. If you use it and find it worth a crap ... donate if you feel like it. Im not saying you have to. I am glad our community has all these tools and they are relatively cheap ... no let me correct that ... DIRT CHEAP. Stackhouse knows how much tuning tools go for. You work for _____ (which will remain unnamed).
Yeah I wouldnt recommend using it at work there as it may get you fired. Kinda like checking your email can get you fired ... or even going out of the way to write extra tools for in house use instead of just waiting on the next task, hahaha.
How do I manage it ... heck if I know. Its pretty time consuming on both fronts. I wrote a good chunk of VD on our beach vacation
Now thats dedication. Havent seen you guys in a while ... Ill have to stop by for lunch and say hi sometime.

in one of the older excel versions i have been using there was a tab for "vehicle list" in this tab you were able to input a new car (gear ratios, drag coefficient) great for cars not yet supported. In the latest version is there a way to add more test vehicles? I see that you can edit the vehicles already supported but only the tire diameter, final drive and weight. I would love to graph my non supported vehicles with the latest version (boost and afr to match the power graph would be SO very nice.)
I would love to add the info to an excel sheet for you if you wish to add the vehicles on a future release.
thanks for the great work!
