Yea switch your smoothing to 3. Thats the norm from what I normally see. Also is that on E85?

nah because its just change in RPM that matters. So if your first sample is off 400 and your next samples is off 400 then it wont matter at all.

Hey Brad! How have you been? Good I hope, and Happy New Year! I was wondering if you made any progress with Halo's oddball plots. I have a hefty tuning day tomorrow and can test it out on a handful of cars aside from my own. Thanks!

Yeah! We exchanged a series of e-mails on the issue that I was seeing. I provided details and logs from a few cars. My suspicions are still of the sampling rate or time. ES and EMU have been doing well so far.

ohh lord ... i dont know where that email is. If you have a copy of it and the logs please let me know. Ive gotten so swamped since I took a week off in december and didnt develop on VD in that time. Darn vacations. Im really close to releasing 1.1.6 but if need be we can make 1.1.7 a small patch to that if this is a code issue.

Hehe we all need a break at times! Thanks for getting back to me. I went ahead and forwarded my e-mail/history from a long while back. That car actually went a bit above and beyond afterward, but those EMU+Halo logs should suffice. The EMU log looks good here, so hopefully the accompanying 20+50ms Halo ones will help. Thanks again!

lil heads up...

opened up VD, and let the update install... everything is fine... I close the program, then decide to check another pull, and upon "re-opening" the program, it will NOT open! "windows is searching for a solution to the problem" pop up, then nada...
Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times, in different locations, taking out the pneumatic productions in the directory, and same. Ive also tried installing "run as admin." and same.
Now the program WILL open, if I open it up as "run as admin."

not sure if it matters, but running windows 7...
