Virtual Dyno - Standalone Software
Yea never thought of that. I guess its not that important. The only road in my area thats safe to make a pull isnt 100% flat so I make a pass in both directions and one way always shows higher numbers. I just average them which is fine by me.
Hey Brad,
This only happened with v1.14, prior to that v1.12 was great on both computers. Here's a log to try (this log and my others all worked great). I'm unable to view the log once it's been uploaded.......? Is it because it's a csv file, it doesn't appear on the type of files under 'attachment key'?

brad,
if i can provide you with info on a set of cars could you add them in (what the list of specs you need?)? tuning/logging is done through log works which i believe VD already supports right?

VGergo: Yes I do. Id like to collect a few MoTec logs before supporting it though. I have one log and Id like to get a couple to add support. I want to know that the one I have is UN-edited.
killerpenguin21: sure can. Ill send you a PM with the format to send me the data in. They need to be unmodded car specs though. I like to add stock vehicle specs to the database.

Thanks for that Raptord, it did cross my mind so I'll try that or email it to Brad

im new in this tuning world of evos. i just recently got into it with my tactrix cable and using openecu.
now from what i understand, in order to use this program,
1. i need to purchase evoscan?
2. what kind of pulls do i have to record for accurate dyno plot? i hear 3rd and 4th......
sorry this is a noob question but i did not find a solid instruction anywhere on this....

2. You'll want 3rd gear pulls from about 2.5k rpm to 7k.
Make sure you untick "log to screen" in the logging menu and only log the items you need (mainly rpm, tps, timing, knocksum, load)
im going to start my Vdyno experience by buying the program first
more questions later
thanks
lol
